Kingfisher Resort

We stayed in Kingfisher for 2 days with my entire family, and we really had a great time. Everything was smooth, even from the time of booking. The resort crew are very welcoming and friendly. I love the ambiance so much, very close to nature. It’s perfect for staycation as you have everything you need in the resort, a beach bar and restaurant.

I will definitely go back again to try kite surfing.

Kingfisher is a must-see dine in resto with their delicious cuisines ranging from Filipino to Japanese from each pavillion. Good view awaits by the pool side.

I love the privacy and location of this place. Not crowded and breakfast by the beach is a perfect vacation for us. The dogs and other pets are extra that kept my daughter entertained if she’s not picking up shells by the beach. We stayed at Cabana 1 and room is big. There is a spider in the shower room that I didn’t mind but freaked out my daughter. 🤣 Huge serving for foods, their halo halo is in a huge bowl so be ready to share.

Not sure whether it is the time of the year but i didn't expect Pagudpud to be anything like what I experienced...the deafening wind is something else. It was cold! Kingfisher made the stay memorable as it is pet friendly, cozy accommodation, food is good, and we got to know about kite boarding. First time i got a f2f encounter with a weinmariner named Blue. So, so, so adorable. It is worth the trip especially the wind mills that lined the distance was spactacular. This is probably a trip you will not go for a 2nd time.

What I love about this place is: pets are allowed. Our dog really enjoyed the freedom of going anywhere and annoying Maui and Toby. We really enjoyed our three nights stay here. The beach is breathtaking. Warm water and not deep. The staff are very accommodating. The food have a home-cooked taste on it. The room that we stayed in are well kept, clean and spacious.

We'll be back this Christmas with my sisters.

Nice quiet resort, Beautiful location awesome if your into kite surfing.
Food was good and beer cold, Staff and resident dogs very friendly. Pool is salt water and not the cleanest but didn't bother me I swam in the sea.
Beach is beautiful but natural, some seaweed rocks etc which I dont mind but some might.Deluxe room was nice, spacious and bed very comfortable.
Only fault was the shower didn't work very well, not much water flow. Maybe need new shower head

Truly a relaxing place! A mecca for kite surfers, but the place will still give you a good experience if you're not into that sport. The saltwater pool is amazing! Our room was cozy enough, staff were polite, and food is prepared fresh. Worth the long drive! 🌞

We enjoyed our stay at the resort, it was a relaxing vacation indeed. We stayed in a Casita and while the room was very nice it needs thorough cleaning, some of the fixtures were dusty. I appreciate that they take certain steps to be more ecofriendly, they use metal straws, big bottles of shampoo and conditioners instead of small disposable ones, etc. Their restaurant serves good food (try poque poque) and the staff are very helpful. We experienced black out once during our 2 nights stay but it was okay since the area is cool.

Tips:
- No signal/service for Smart but Globe works
- Trike from Partas terminal to the resort is 150php. It is quite far so make sure to buy all the stuff you need before going to the resort
- Make sure you close the door/s in your room, there are snakes in the area (found one roaming around our door one morning)
- There is wifi but it's very slow so don't count on it

100% will recommend staying here :)

My wife and I were car tripping around Luzon in March 2017, when we decide to stay at the Kingfisher. We were only going to stay on night, but ended up staying 3. (if we didn't have to get back to the real world, I'd would have stayed even longer) We had chosen one of the suites, but after spending a night in it, we decide to move to a bungalow, best decision we made. to us, they are comfortable. The staff was amazing to us, I felt at ease there, could just relax and enjoy the world that we are in. The food, truly is top notch and I can't brag enough about it. we also, found new friends in the manner of the puppies at the resort. they followed us for our walks down the beach. I (we) recommend this resort for anyone just wanting to find themselves or reunite as a couple.

Probably my favorite place to be when in PH. The resort compound is extremely secure (they have guards lined up every 200 meters or so for about 2km on the road going in). The food is fantastic (all healthy, fresh, veggies and fruits with fresh sea fare). Our Dog loves being there with us because of the very friendly pets that they keep on site as well. If you are into Kite Surfing they have the most legit beach in Pagudpud and probably the whole PH! Every chance I get I will be heading back to Kingfisher! the staff is very nice and courteous as well! definitely a hidden gem.

Nice resort relaxing... staff are really friendly. The food is also good. Just the internet was not really that great so we couldn't stay longer coz we need to work online. Cabana rooms are decent

A long drive from Manila, but nice spot in Pagudpud to chill out with a cold one. It is a kite / wind surfing spot mainly.

Really friendly owner and staff, with a good selection of local food in the resto. Pet-friendly too!

All i can say is paradise place.
you can spend you time here without any noise and plus there are other activities you can do too

Amazing resort with great service, friendly staff and a location that is perfect. Excellent sailing and kitesurfing with professional instructors. Well worth a visit.

Always a good time when visiting Kingfisher. Good food, great people, and the best kitesurfing in Asia. It is clean and quiet, the owner and employees welcome you like family, and the vibe is absolutely chill.

Excellent location and accomodations. We came during off season so not overly crowded. I look forward to returning to get some kite boarding in.

Pristine beach and reef and side shore winds and waves. The beach bungalows are basic. The superior rooms are very good.

Great place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Would definitely like to visit again. A kite surfer's dream.
