A typical 24-hour convenience store, with prices that are higher than those in a supermarket, but from where you can get common groceries (toiletries, canned goods, drinks, etc.) at odd hours. Rather drab and plain, certainly not on the level of 7-Eleven or Ministop in ambience, but it’s adequately clean. One downside compared to the aforementioned convenience store chains is that there’s no place to eat on premise. If you’re hungry you’ll just have to get your food to go. I’ll let you in on a little secret: if you’re in desperate need of ice on a weekend night, and the more established stores are out, you can frequently still get some here. They keep theirs in a back room so it’s out of sight.
