Being the only convenience store in the building, lines are always long, they have 2 cashier counters but only one staff takes care of all the purchases, the same staff prepares and serves the food and act as the cashier as well. Doesn’t matter if you only need to buy a single pack of candy or grab lunch that requires heating or prep time. You will have to endure the line.
It would have been nice if they can optimize the use of both counters, one for food purchases that requires prep time, and another one for the usual quick buys.

I had a bad exfperience with this branch, I have
been to many lawson branches specially in Egg
and the service there is very welcoming and the
crew are very fpolite and respectful compare to
what I have experience here in on© ayala branch,
I just got back from a long travel and needed a
pack of tissue and hand sanitized as I was
carrying my heavy backpack full af stuffs and a
shoulder bag with my important things, i headed
to the counter to pay, I only have 500 bills
available and the amount of my purchase is 76,
the teller asked me if I have some changed, i
said the smallest bill I have is 50 pesos, he
smiled and counted all the ten e o coin and 5
eso coin and come 20 eso coinl He gave me
about 250 pesos worth of coin evQn though I am
seeing some 50's on the cash registrar. So I
asked the teller if that is how they give change.
And he said yes thats why you should pay with
small bills only.. and so I just walked out of the
place as I think it is not worth the argument as
the teller sounds so arrogant already. As I was
walking out ofthe store I can still hear the teller
mocking me by saying.. " small bills only or u
will go home with a lot of coins". I AM NOT
SURE IF BEING RUDE IS PART OF HIS JOB
DESCRIPTION... aside from them being to slow.
And to the point that the line filed up to the
entrance...

Worst service staff, especially the ugly girl who just made fun of me for forgetting to bring a straw because I had purchased a milk tea.

poor service, dirty area and ac is not working kindly address this concern since your area is near in transportation terminal...

Why is someone cleaning the windows when they have massive queues!!!

Eto yung convenience store na sobrang bagal. Aantayin muna nilang mapuno ng customer store nila bago mag tawag ng isa pang cashier. Ano ba naman yan!!! Yung manager nila walang pake. Nakakainit ng ulo, late na mga customer niyo sa bagal ng galaw niyo.

Sobrang slow ng service haba na ng pila ang bagal pa ng mga crew 🤬
