Ho così traversato il canale e sono andato a Caticlan, dove c'è una farmacia di Mercury Drug, la migliore catena delle Filippine.
Questa farmacia non è delle migliori, ma ho trovata la mia medicina, se pure in minima quantità, giusto per tirare fino alla fine del lockdown.

Beware of this location. Bought a sunblock and when I opened at the hotel, it’s already used. Tried to come back for exchange but they refuse because no receipt. Meanwhile they have scanner to scan the box. A headache that customer has to ensure that their merchandise is intact. Management has to do something with this. It’s a worst case especially when they have the tourists as their generating income. What a shame!

The drugs you need most of the time are not available only commin prescription drug you will find. Worst the PA will advise you that it may arrive in the next two weeks.

Do they not employ proper auditing?

Full of non essential junk food and even alcohol for sale in a business that's intended to improve our health, astounding! The young man working on the sales desk, is checky, arrogant, sarcastic and unprofessional.

The service was poor and seems like they don't like Gcash as mode of payment. Unlike other mercury drug branches, they are not that welcoming. When the queue went long, the male cashier made me feel as if it was my fault since I was paying through Gcash. I clarified to him if the amount shown on the screen is the total amount of my purchase, he said "oo" and by the time I sent the amount through Gcash the amount changed and I have to make an additional payment that took so long to process. I hope this branch do better next time.

Sell medicines more 20 times price. It sucks
