The District Boracay

The District Boracay is a beachfront hotel located at Station 2 which is in the middle of Boracay Island. The room is nice and spacious and includes amenities as well. There’s a gym and spa.

Very nice coffee and late art ❤, we came here every day. Perfect view, AC, the food was also great.

stayed here for 5days. Staffs are helpful and very nice. roof top bar has the best view of sunset. definitely recommend this place.

We didn't stay here but used their bar to view the sunsets every evening. Great service from the staff and cocktails are half price during sunset time. Recommend

I booked 2 Premium Suites for 3 nights and I have to say, I love their service here!

First, their staff are polite and helpful and always smiling and ready with a friendly greeting. Our rooms are amazing, the only complaint I have is that the second room seems to have a broken AC unit, it was not cooling as it should.

But other than that, my children and my mother enjoyed the rooms - the beds were comfortable, the pillows are soft and fluffy, the bathroom and toilet are clean, there’s a small red, a pot to heat water for tea and coffee, free breakfast buffet, sizable balconies and a pleasant atmosphere.

They have a pool and jacuzzi (does not heat). They also have the “Upperhouse spa” where you can book massages, body scrubs, etc. and a gym. I love the part where the spa is right there, we got massages from here, too!

I also really appreciated their private airport transfers. Their crew made it less stressful to transfer from airport, Caticlan port, their private speed boat to the hotel and vice versa. I have my kids and my mother with me (not to mention luggages) so them taking care of this the way they did really relieved me a lot. They took care of paying the necessary fees at the port as well.

Their breakfast buffet has a good selection. They also have healthy options such as make your own sandwich with veggies, fruits, cereal and muesli, and yogurt.

Their room service is also awesome. Their staff clean up well and when you need something, they are quick to respond. Like in just two to five minutes, they bring what you need.

I paid for our accommodations and airport transfers through their online reservations assistance but they also take credit cards onsite.

They also offer laundry services at a fair enough price.

They have beach front view. I booked our activities through Klook but apparently you can also book through them with a 3rd party partner.

I do recommend this place and would not mind going back if we go back to Boracay! Thank you!

Got the premier room with a promo from BPI (3+1 nights). We were happy with everything. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet had food for brunch, was complete (veggies, fruits, bread, etc), was different everyday and had a beach view, location is so close the D'mall and in between stations 1 & 3, service team is very friendly. I would come here again.

Great location with amazing , helpful , kind and polite staff. Breakfast is great and has many choices.Short walking distance to D Mall. What I really like we have a refillable bottled water so you don’t need to buy. The manager Jesper (forgot the name)and Roxy for just being responsive to our needs.
The room is nice.Wide and comfy beds with complete toiletries.lots of towels in the room; free use of umbrellas and mats. They gave us 3 complimentary massage.

Gorgeous white beach front property with tremendous staff, comfortable and welcoming rooms and delicious breakfast! We stayed here one night (we live in the mainland) in July 2022 and were impressed with the value! Despite a challenging 2 + years they continue to strive to make a memorable and relaxing experience in paradise. Oh and don’t miss the famous Boracay sunset from their roof top bar! We will be back!

Right in the middle of Boracay. If you happen to be in the area, make sure to visit their rooftop restaurant. Food is delicious and affordable. Serving is generous, too, compared to other dining options in the area. Manager is also very welcoming.

Unbeatable beachfront view. Property looks and feels luxurious. Breakfast is huge and very filling. Pool may be a bit small but depth is great that you can actually swim comfortably. Room service is great and doesn't have additional service fee (maybe due to avoid crowding in public places like the hotel's resto). Overall, we had the best stay in this place!

After the horrible experience in the next door ‘so called’ 5 star resort - Hennan Crystal Sands this hotel and their amazing staff restored my faith in humanity lol .
Extremely helpful with every step of our stay - can’t recommend them enough.
Hotel is beautiful also , and prime location and a great value .

If your looking for a luxury stay in Borocay this is your place . And ps avoid the Hennan Resorts at all costs !!!

My husband and I spent 6 nights here for our honeymoon. It was our first time staying here and it was the best hotel experience we have ever had!

We paid for hotel transportation which was well worth the money-they took care of everything and carried all of our luggage for us to make it a stress-free experience. Our room was beautiful, clean, and modern. They provided us with unlimited filtered water to drink as well. You cannot beat the beachfront view from the lobby!

Their breakfast was delicious and they also have a cafe that we went to every day. The staff surprised us with wine and a card for our honeymoon.

The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. The district is eye catching, especially at night. We will definitely be staying here again and have recommend it to our friends and family who visit Boracay.

We had a nice staycation here. Love the location since it’s just in-front of the beach. We visited Bora when Typhoon Paeng hit the country, but we felt secured while inside the hotel.

Nice hotel with an exceptional location directly in front of the beach.

The front desk employees were really welcoming and friendly. And they gave me coupons for the restaurant and the spa.

First few days the housekeeping were sloppy so I had to talk to the front desk to make sure that they do their job properly.

The design of the room was excellent and beautiful. Also the size of the bath room and the toilet were big enough.

I really recommend this hotel because of the reasons I wrote above.

Just few steps and you are right into the shore.

We stayed for 5 nights at The District and found it to be a fantastic spot for us. Location was beachfront and in the heart of station 2. Staff were very polite and accommodating on all aspects. Breakfast buffet also had a great range and varied each day. We organised transfers back to the airport via the hotel and must say it was the most efficient and smoothest experience we've had at Boracay to date. Would definitely recommend to friends and family next time they are in Boracay :)

Awesome place! Good for kids as the beach slopes down instead of just a drop off like some of the other beaches. Food was great! Staff is great! Very accommodating!

We had food at other locations and found this spot had the best. Also, if you like margaritas, there's a Mexican food place few doors down that makes a great one.

We did some research before staying here, found that it was better than we thought. We are leaving here very satisfied with the overall experience.
