7 Eleven (Merje Convenience Store)

Your cashier named “Nor” is a scam. It was around 2-3 am in the morning that I ordered food and paid thru G-Cash— 7/11 are usually the ones who scan barcodes on the app. So when Nor did, it went thru and even got deducted on my account. Then she said “Ma’am failed po” so I asked how come it’s failed when once again IT GOT DEDUCTED ON MY ACCOUNT and I even got a confirmation thru text— AND IF IT REALLY IS FAILED IT WOULD TAKE FOR ABOUT 5-15 MINS TO BE REFUNDED AUTOMATICALLY ON THE ACCOUNT. She argued it would take 24 hours to bounce back and just go back to store if ever I still haven’t received it. I no longer have the energy to further argue as I need to maximize my lunch time and I have more important things to do. So I paid it in cash AGAIN and when I asked her to give me a receipt she couldn’t give me any. Instead, she took a photo (on her phone) of the G-Cash receipt for “reference”.

DAY 2:
After 24 hours the money is still not refunded back on my account. I went back to store to find Nor— just to know that she already resigned and YESTERDAY IS HER LAST DAY AT WORK.

I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK ALTHOUGH IT’S ONLY 75 PESOS BUT WHAT IF IT’S A LARGE AMOUNT AND WHO KNOWS IF IM THE ONLY ONE WHO EXPERIENCED IT.

NOTE: SHE DID NOT EVEN GAVE A RECEIPT. NOR THE POS SYSTEM WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN SEE HOW MUCH ARE THE ITEMS BEING SCANNED IS NOT WORKING. VERY DISGUSTING.
