Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila

Definitely a 5 star hotel, rooms are very clean and modern with a nice balcony that has a good view of the city. The bed is pretty comfortable and the hotel is quiet at night I couldn’t hear anything making for an easy sleep! Only thing I would change would to add a chair and table outside the balcony. The bars and restaurants are nice. The service at the Le Bar was very good from both the daytime and night time staff. Nighttime staff Lennard and Jay did a good job taking care of me. The chef is good and knows how to cook a good steak! The best would be the Argentinian tenderloin in my opinion.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing food. Great lounge. Perfect for a business event. Slow elevators though and no stairwells available for the guests.

We stayed to celebrate my partner's birthday and they gave us a cake with a Happy Birthday greeting when we arrive in the room, coming from the dinner buffet. Personalized service.

My son slept alone in the room and had it double-locked and we can't get in even using our access card. They never stopped calling the phone in the room to help us and they didnt hesitate to dismantle the double-lock when my son was unresponsive to phone calls, prioritizing the kids safety over everything else.

All staffs' warm smile and greetings made us feel at home and comfortable during our stay. Very smooth transaction from the time I was booking and need to make some updates with the reservation until check out.

The kids love the pool, though we wish it could be heated. The ocean view from the pool was obstructed probably because of the project going on in Manila Bay, which is something that we cannot do anything about.

But, overall, it was definitely a superb experience and the dinner and breakfast buffet is still the best. My son, even asked me if he could celebrate his incoming birthday at Sofitel. That's how happy he is with the stay. Thank you, Sofitel! It was a great experience. You never fail to amaze your guests.

Staff were fantastic. We managed to get an early check in, which was very appreciated. The check in/out experience was efficient and swift. The location was very easy for an event at PICC forum, and close to Mall of Asia. It was very fast to get a grab from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, I want to return to this hotel for that! The room was spacious and comfortable, everything was well maintained.

I simply love the inn. After entering the lodging, immaculate assistance is standing by! The staff is extremely obliging and supportive, guaranteeing a brilliant encounter. The rooms are extensive and unblemished, giving an agreeable stay. The culinary contributions are uncommon, with the smorgasbord at Winding being especially exceptional. When you're here, leaving the lodging turns into a hesitance. The pool region is a wellspring of happiness for my children. Sofitel reliably guarantees that we have the most charming time during our visit.

We never expected an upgrade from a hotel but yet, they gave us a surprising gift for us, an upgrade from a Luxury Room to a Luxury Suite! I love their gym and pool plus a very wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet. Overall, the experience was great and we had fun even though we checked-in late.

The seconds you step your foot in the hotel, good service as always! Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Food is SUPERB especially their buffet in SPIRAL. You don’t want to leave the hotel anymore! My kids enjoy the pool area. We always have the best time in Sofitel.

Ambience of hotel was lovely and the staff were attentive. Spiral restaurant was beautifully furnished and make dining experience a wonderful. Importantly, the post X-mas atmosphere was well felt and the hotel looked resplendent in the festive decor. Rooms are older but comfortable and clean.

My husband & I enjoyed our 1 night stay at Sofitel Manila. Starting from the guards, valet, receptionist, basically everyone serving us at the hotel were very friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. We love that everyone were courteous, always greeting us with a pleasant smile. Everyone was also accommodating to our fur-baby, Rocky. He enjoyed his walk at the park! The Spiral Buffet experience was also top notch, and the crew were all so very pleasant. My husband and I were glad that we chose Sofitel Manila to celebrate a milestone year for us, and we can't wait to book our next stay at Sofitel!

Definitely a 5-Star hotel. Excellent atmosphere, amenities, food, location, security. Above all else, the concierge service is A+++++. Ronnie and the rest of the concierge staff deserve credit for making our stay memorable.

Only complaint is that too many rude and entitled guests—especially large groups and families.

Great hotel for a few nights. We are a family of 5, so had to book 2 rooms. A little dated but all very clean still.
Pool is awesome for the kids.
The Spiral restaurant is next level amazing, and fully recommended having breakfast included in the booking as the food options are endless and sets you up for the day :-)

My wife and I recently stayed for a few days. The service was perfect the second we stepped out the taxi. The building is large and there is plenty of things to do. The spa and salon was great. The rooms were spacious. But the best part was the customer service. It’s obvious everyone takes their job seriously and prioritizes the customer. This will be my go to hotel the next time we are in Manila.

My family had a very good time! Our room was upgraded so generously. We were overwhelmed. Staff always attentive and polite. No wonder my kids call sofitel “my hotel”.

Once you're here, leaving the hotel becomes a reluctance. The pool area is a source of joy for my kids. Sofitel consistently ensures that we have the most enjoyable time during our stay.

Staying at the Sofitel Manila was an amazing experience. You always felt like a valued guest staying here. Every single staff member was polite and willing to help you with anything you needed. They would open and close your car doors when arriving, take your bags for you to the reception, open and close any doors you were walking in and out of and even grab you food at the breakfast buffet. And speaking of buffet, the breakfast buffet is unlike any other breakfast buffet I have experienced. When you first sit down the waiters will always ask if you want something to drink, tea or coffee and the hot chocolate is really nice. Instead of grabbing the food yourself, which in this day and age can be a little unhygienic, you ask the chefs waiting behind the counters to grab the food for you and put it on a plate.

I had a great time by the pool and at the le Spa. The whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms are very good after a great workout at the gym. The facilities in the gym are clean and effective. Recent machines and equipment especially the new treadmills and bikes are very good features. The pool is just so-so for me but my siblings liked them very much. I liked the balcony setting with fireworks 🎇 at night (around 9:00 am after our dinner). It was a memorable experience for our get together.

We truly enjoyed our brief stay at Sofitel. At the entrance it was very festive because of their holiday decorations. Check-in process was very smooth. All staff were very courteous and helpful. The food is excellent and we love how there are a lot of food choices to choose from. What we were impressed most was that the quality of service and the vibe of the hotel has never "dulled" even if the hotel has been here for several years.

The hotel is elegant and well appointed. The stay are all very friendly and ready to offer any assistance they can.
The spa services were incredible and reasonably priced.

During my stay, the hotel had been fully decorated inside for Christmas and it was quite a spectacular site.

It’s been a while since we last played this venue, which is the most ideal if you want to pair meaningful events with gorgeous sunsets. Hard to put a price on that. I love Spiral, always have (I mean the cheese selection alone), and I’m glad I got to swing by recently for a quick meeting. This hotel is getting better every time I visit.
