Alfamart

Our AirBnB is at the Shell Residences & was pleasantly surprised to find this VERY convenient location. Especially that we were hit with jetlag & needed to find bottled water without having to venture out in the streets.

This is like the “7/11” of the Philippines! Also love that they have siomai & dumpling snacks to choose from. Only thing is they didn’t have those food at 2 am, only during the regular day hours.

A 24 hour convenient store with a reasonable price. They also sell snacks and meals. The only exception here is having a quite slow service. Some staffs are chatting around.

I stayed in Shell Residences and was very happy to find out that there's a convenience store just outside it. But was sad to find out that the service was too slow. Also, be careful when buying because they don't give you a receipt. I don't mind actually, especially I just purchased a few items. But my friend bought over 10 items and she was shocked to see an item on the screen which is not hers. She wanted to confirm it by looking at the receipt, but the cashier couldn't give her a receipt. We waited for a few minutes, but left anyway since there were other customers waiting in line.

Slow service

staff are unprofessional. They dont care about customers. Even they saw customers not taking a queue. Arrogant and unfriendly staff

Extremely rude customer service unlike anything I've experienced in Philippines. Employees do not wear face shields yet refuse service to costumers without one.

the worst alfamart 20 min to wait in cashier. workers taking selfies. chatting in phone while customers waiting. not even a goodmorning

We went to this convenient store name Alfamart North EDSA and we bought dim sum for P150.00 and we thought they put it in our bag but they didn’t... how can someone do that to a fellow Filipino ... nakakahiya 🙄

Low service

Rude staff especially the cashier the small chinita girl na bastos sa mga matatanda. No sense of customer service. Pag nakita madami bibilhin, magtatago pa sa loob. Anong clase yan. Nakakabwisit bumili dito
