Great products. It seems though the staff issue didn't go away. They are still chatting together over one table, not attending to customers.

All the reviews were right. Staff were so inattentive and so busy chatting. There's even one that got mad at their co-worker for pulling the plug of their charging mobile phone as the outlet was needed to test my item. Unbelievable customer service and I mean this not in a positive way.

Sent my Air fryer for repair. By the way the product is exactly 1yr old only.

It’s been 1month, no feedback yet or whatsoever. No quotation, no update if its still on process.

I call and visit the store, weekly. They just tell me that there are no update from their service center yet and work operation on a weekdays only.

If you cant fix the product, better yet don’t sell it!

why didn't I read the reviews here, it's really stressful to buy here, even the items are not checked so the cudtomers will just get defective, in less than one month, it's been more than 1 month now and the item i bought hasn't been returned until now, don't buy here if you don't want to waste your time and money. The staff also don't know how to answer questions.



The worst customer service. I bought 2 mouses and they are not working right. I bring them back. The employee accepted also mouses are not working well. They said for refunding they need to talk with main office and they said they will call me in few days. Nobody called me so i went back. Again, they said they will call me. This time employee said he will take care of the situation personally and he will call me personally. His name is Brian. It has been 10 days, nobody called me. I emailed, Xiaomi Philippines customer service. They asked a lot of informations and i gave them all. Then they said I will have to solve the problem with the branch. What a joke. I am communicating them because I couldn't solve it with branch and they are sending me back to branch. I bought a lot of Xiaomi products until now but after this, I am done with Xiaomi. And I will do my best for making people around me to not buy any Xiaomi products.

8:15 pm i arrived at mi store SM makati they said they are already closed. even i just want to ask if mi 12 pro is available or not, they answer me "come again tomorrow", and refuse to answer. what a terrible staff.

This place is a total disaster.. ignorance guards yep 2 guards who do not look after the contact tracing.. the worst part is the customer service.. bad attitude, lack of knowledge of the product, totally not well trained at all.. yet qualified to look after the store.. the whole store is just a joke.. visited many other branch yes i know my stuff but this branch is plain circus.. oh yeah last thing.. please make sure you get correct change after paying.. no one is sorry there for giving you incorrect change as it is like a normal culture has been going for decades..

Poor and misleading customer service

Kawawa naman yung may ari ng xiaomi store na to sa sm makati, Wala pong kwenta yung mga staff, pumasok kami dito para bumili ng phone pero yung mga staff chismisan ng chismisan at ang baho pa nung nag assist samin at tinatamad sila lahat magbenta. Bulungan ng bulungan. Is that how the way you treat customers😏 I suggest you do staff evaluation and proper customer service training. Kung meron nga lang 0 star 0 star sana lalagay ko kaso wala. If youre planning na bumili dito cancel niyo na! ma didissapoint lang kayo. 🤨
