Nirvana Bamboo houses & Dive resort

The most homely resort I’ve stayed in whilst travelling. Owned by a lovely English & Philippine couple. The food and beverages are amazing. With plenty of real authentic English options for those missing a little taste of home! Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody !

Great oasis from the busy downtown of Moalboal. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and did a dive with the owner/ dive master for the sardines. There are mosquitos and they provide a net for protection. Lovely grounds with a basketball court, miniature golf course and above the ground pool. Great place to stay for the price and their dive packages are the best in town. Be sure to check them out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good priced clean rooms and fantastic staff. An awesome place to complete your PADI training. Ask for Thibo!! He was a brilliant teacher and showed us some crazy stuff underwater!

We stayed here for 2 days.
And we had the great experience diving with Chris.
We were able to see so many sardines and many sea creatures.
Chris is really chill and we enjoyed the time together with him and his family.

Did enjoy my stay here at Nirvana Bamboo dive resort. We did nice dives. Chris and Carmella are good host and Chris is also a good cook. Prices are good here. Thanks for having me at your beautiful place.

We had a great stay at Nirvana.. Bed was comfy. The hosts were the best! And the location was close to all the fun but not too close to be noisey. Thankyou Chris & Carmella for a great stay.

Me and my girlfriend Anna came to play the mini golf course and my god it was absolutely amazing. We met the owners and they were lovely. They gave us some great tips on where to head next on our travels and we hung out and relaxed with the dogs. The huts are beautiful and the bar area is a great place to chill out.
In regards to the mini golf, let it be known that I, Sir Ryan Ellis, hold the record on the infamous volcano hole 😂. If anyone can beat 2 shots then I will gladly hand over my crown 😂

Super comfortable rooms with own dining area and chill out area. Staff and owners are amazing as well with lots of good local advice. 3/3 now on restaurant recommendations lol. Can do trip from there as well. Explore! Nicely located in a. Quiet area and you can cruise around by motorbike or trike! Just in between the two beaches so whichever you choose (day for white beach and nights for panagsama beach for the resto and nightlife. Only 25 minutes to the canyoneering by motorbike. Highly recommended!!!

Great place surrounded by jungle and close to all the good beaches nearby. I stayed in Nirvana during the pandemic. Chris, the owner, tried everything to make this hard time as good as possible for us. The staff is very nice and the rooms are comfortable and quite big. I definatly recommend Nirvana Bamboo Houses. You get more than you pay for. Thanks for the great time.

I really recommend staying at Nirvana bamboo resort in moalboal. My husband and I only meant to stay a few days but loved it so much we ended up staying a lot longer. Beautiful native bamboo houses with plenty of space and own bathroom. Amazing for the price. A good size communal area where they serve delicious food and drinks. The owners and staff were wonderful people. Nothing was too much for them. They can assist you with renting a motorbike, book you on tours such as kawasan falls and whale shark swimming in Oslob. They gave us many recommendations on good places to eat out/bars etc. My husband and I are keen divers so they also booked us in with a local dive centre for some fun dives. I will definately come back again!

Cosy, clean, quiet, comfortable, well priced resort close to beaches and restaurants.
Welcoming, friendly, very helpful and genuine owners and staff.
Stayed here during the pandemic lockdown, the owners provided us with our own entire kitchen with a fridge and a freezer so we could cook for ourselves. They also built a BBQ. Bought us several games- badminton, darts, board games and many more, to keep sane. They lowered the price/rent for us in these difficult times.
Provided us with Nintendo Wii and an XBox360 with like thousand games.
This place will be always well remembered and praised wherever we will go. Thank you, RESPECT!

Perfect spot between white beach , panagsama and moalboal Town , quiet chill and great people there looking out for you . I definitely recommend this place !
