Napakawalang kwentang serbisyo. We had scheduled a ctscan for my mom. We called first to ask how much it would cost. They asked what specific procedure to be done so we sent them the doctors request via viber. From that they quoted the price 6950. On appointment day, they charged 10k. We argued the fact that the quotation and actual cost was different. Sabi lang nila yun na daw yun. After decades wala pa din pinagbago serbisyo ng ospital na to. Incompetent people. After mom got home, pinabalik pa para daw ulitin ang procesure. Pinahirapan nyo pabalik balik ang senior na di na nga makalakad. Epitomy of incompetence.
