New Coast Hotel Manila

I came for a weekend trip and I must say. I had very low expectations at first because of the warning of construction going on for renovations. However I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and quiet the renovations was. The Staff of the hotel are very helpful, not just friendly. They genuinely want to make you feel safe and well taken care of. The Market Cafe made breakfast and lunch a very easy choice for this slow paced weekend getaway. Located in a vibrant and popular area for Korean and Japanese tourists. I think think Hotel is a great option for those wanting near proximity of SM Mall Asia without paying too much money.

The room size was beyond my expectations. It was clean, quiet, spacious, and luxurious. The only thing that disappointed was the room temperature. I just couldn't get the room as cool as I wanted BUT this might have been a good thing. It helped me get adjusted to the Manila City heat 🥵 🔥 ☀ without being stressed out.

Overall I would recommend this hotel to Americans, Japanese and Korean tourists and even the locals looking to get a slice of luxury at a fair price. Give the ice cream a try in the lobby. It's worth it.

What a beautiful stay at New Coast! Above expectations as far as staff and amenities. The staff is always super helpful and kind and so welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Manila, this is definitely a great choice. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to construction but this was only a minor hit to this hotel. Thank you to everyone who made our stay special!

Amazing staff, really helpful and friendly. Excellent service and the room was huge. The gym is really modern and well equipped and there's a nice pool and spa. Only slightly annoying thing for me was that sometimes the elevators take a long time to arrive!

Rooms are spaciously elegant! You can feel the luxury lifestyle of the people going here. Unfortunately, they are having an ongoing renovation so some facilities are closed.

Hotel provides good value for money. Excellent service by staff, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is good.
Location is conveniently close to Robinson Mall and Intramuros. Going to the airport can be a hassle since traffic might be horrific.
Beware of the dark hours, as beggars and other dodgy figures hit the streets..

I really enjoyed my stay here in New Coast Hotel Manila. I feel at home and the view from my room is amazing. The place is aesthetically pleasing and every amenity is working perfectly fine. We would definitely book again!
