BDO Zamboanga - Rizal St. Branch

STAFF DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

I went to this branch of BDO to check my transactions and to ask for their assistance regarding some concern.

The one lady that "help" me seems to not know what to do and DISMISS MY CASE. Saying that i should not be making transaction in the first place and that THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO since this is an authorized charge.

THIS LADY DID NOT EVEN GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL BDO HOTLINE TO REPORT MY PROBLEM, SHE DISMISSED MY CASE AND ACT AS IF THERES NOTHING MORE SHE CAN DO. SHE DID NOT EVEN VERIFY MY TRANSACTIONS AT ALL AND THERE ARE MULTIPLE. It was also not a busy day since i am the only person in the bank that time so i am not sure why i was treated that way.

Luckily i called the bdo landline number and my issue was quickly resolved.

Its just very frustrating on my end since i made an effort to go to the bank knowing that my case will be resolved easily but got dismissed as if its my fault., no support given to me, no number to call. Like you are on your own, figure that out.

Wont be coming to this branch. BDO DO SOME QUALITY CONTROL OR TRAIN YOUR STAFFS

Tellers that accommodated me wasn’t helpful at all. My transaction was to transfer money from my account to an international account for education purposes. Literally they do not know what to do. If they knew but , having a hard time to process it, they will give a lot of alibis… like it will take time, it will cost me a lot, etc…. Though I am willing to wait and willing to pay the extra amount. So I went to BPI and they did it like a pro.
