Hagimit Falls is a 30-minute ride via tricycle from the Samal Ferry Terminal but once you get there, the serene environment is actually very soothing and is a big change from the hustle from the busy streets of Davao City. It is clean and there are lots of cottages and tables for you and your family to enjoy. The entrance rates are reasonable as well.

A amazingly beautiful place for relaxing. Wow, I love it there! Peaceful quiet with clear refreshing, not cold water. If you are on Samal it's a must to visite it! We went there in the morning and it was not much people at this time. The highlight is a little hidden cave behind the waterfalls. I've noticed that even locals in Davao know nothing about the cave. But take care if you find the way, the narrow short way inside that leads down to the exit is only for slim people and at the end you have to dive for a short moment to come out again. I love this place so much....it's more fun in the Philippines..haha :))) ....Please visitors be careful and save this wonderful place!

This place is amazing. You can swim in turquoise water. Take a water jacuzzi from the waterfall or explore small caves under the waterfall. If you are looking for a place to swim and relax, this is probably the coolest place on Samal Island.

Awesome! Be sure to visit this place when you are in samal. So clean and scenic. Locals are friendly and polite. Assists tourists not for your money. There is a small cave that you can pass under the falls then dive deep to the other side to get out. so much fun ⛲🇨🇿✌

The place is just awesome. There are too many waterfalls to see. The water is cool and clear. There are available cottages where you can rest. They provide tour guides to tour you around the area and take your pictures. For only 50php youd get to enjoy these wonderful sceneries 😍 the pictures below are only few compared to what youd see in person.

One of the nicest places for a daytrip near Davao. Take the cheap ferry from Davao to Samal. Then ask the motorbike drivers to bring you to the falls. Or rent a motorbike from one as I did. Paid 400 PHP for the full day. Got even 2 helmets. The waterfalls are really amazing...one of the nicest places in the Philippines!! Stunning beautiful and very picturesk. Only a small entrance fee to pay. The natural pools the with falls are beautiful for swimming. Bring some food...there was no restaurant. Small snacks have been available from street sellers...but very basic. Don't miss that amazing place...it will be your holiday highlight! Very friendly stuff there.

Perfect for nature lover and hikers! Yeah, you need to walk, the road is going down to reach the falls; likewise, you need to walk going up to exit. Great experience! Enjoying the nature while having exercise at the same time.

Hagimit falls situated in Samal Island. If you don't know the place you can hire a local tourist guide with vehicle. The place is a little bit far from the highway and when you already there you need to walk a hundred step to reach the falls underground. The water is very fresh and cold. Many tourist and locals always chillin in this place specially this summer seasons. They have a fresh honey bee which you can buy it in a cheaper price. You can also bring your snack, tent and other things. They have available cottages also. It's an eco enviro friendly so please experience Hagimit Falls.

Nice place to enjoy cool spring water. Has become quite commercialized though. Best to come on weekdays when there are less people.

Very peaceful, have friendly dogs, friendly assistance by the management.
Has a restaurant for meal times, and bahay kubo/cottages for when you want to rest.
The servers of the restaurant spontaneously became our photographers!! Amazing skills. 😂
They also semi-choreographed our poses, and suggested a water effect for a slow-motion video.
Speingwater from the falls is very fresh and cold. Very good tourist spot for leisure.

Very rustic and accessible to tourist. Local Barangay should limit the number of guests as it affects the serenity of the place. Brings a lot of memories 🤓
