Bad service!!! I had facial and the one who assisted me had the toughest hand for a technician.From start to finish,seems she don’t like what she was doing.I had break out that is why I went for facial cleaning.she saw my situation and she talked like my face is hopeless case,worst,she even told the technician next to her! Is this the right protocol?!Reason I went is for my face to be clean,if it doesn’t have flaws,then I should stay in the house!
Twice she poked my eyes and rubbing my face like it is not face.When she started pricking,it’s like she has knife and hammer and working very aggressively.I had visited their other branch and its normal to have untolerable pain from pricking.But what shes did i,shes digging on my face with full force!! It is only 2 in the afternoon and yet like she had worked for 24 hours!and the way she adjusted the bench chair is like no one is lying there and no head is resting.
I guess she need to retrain in proper handling of customer.

Worst lets face it technician I’ve ever encountered. Heaviest hand that seems to come from weight lifting.

I'm SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!! I had my lash perm here at Let's Face It and it turned out horrible!!! During the session I felt a burning sensation on my lids and I can't tell my attendant because she's not there. She doesn't also asked anything if am I comfortable or feeling anything!!! Then after the session my lids got burned and the lash perming itself is not sooo goood. My left lashes are lifted but my lashes in the right are not lifted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I REPEAT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We went yesterday to have our microdermabrasion and facials done at 9pm. They said they can't accomodate us anymore as they don't have enough staff. Ok, given it's already late we accepted that. So today after work we went back again, this time at 6:30pm. Since they said we still have to wait for another 45 mins, we filled out the slip of services that we needed then I said to the receptionist that we will eat first. I ALSO SAID TO THEM THAT I WILL PAY IN ADVANCE JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WILL SURELY COME BACK BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THAT WE CAN PAY LATER AS LONG WE COME BACK AT 8pm. Here comes 8pm, they said "WALA NA PO MA'AM, HINDI NA KAYA KASE NAG-UWIAN NA ANG YUNG IBANG STAFF." Seriously!!!??? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT???! I'M SORRY BUT THAT IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE AT ALL! Sana umuwi nalang kame agad at sa bahay kumain para hindi kame nagmadaling kumain diba or hindi na kame nag-alsay ng time na pumunta pa sa mall. THEY DID NOT EVEN SAID SORRY. Hello management
