New World Makati Hotel

My overnight stay at this hotel was fantastic! The big pool provided a refreshing escape, and the view from my room was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The luxury amenities added an extra touch of comfort and indulgence to my stay. Highly recommend!

Extra dining charges on my bill for food and drink consumed at the pool side, charged on my first day. I did go to the pool and do not know where the pool is. I did not buy any food or drink at the hotel during my stay. Unfortunately I was in a hurry during checkout to review. I do not know if they will return the money. It is also time consuming to follow up.
Update: issue was addressed promptly and personally by senior management - updating to 5 stars.

I just wanna thank all the staff of New world. I checked in @ New world last month. I came back to base (overseas) and realized my necklace was missing. I checked everywhere and I didn’t find it. I then remembered last time I wore it was when i was in Manila. I just tried my luck and sent email to New world to see whether I left it in the hotel, they responded promptly and advised me that my gold necklace is there. (The cleaner found it and surrendered it.)

They are all very honest, polite and helpful all the time! Thanks New world 🥰

- I also recommend the dentist! Dr Torres take the time to explain every step, and is very gentle which I really appreciate, and it is convenient to have his service at the hotel!

Very good location right in front of greenbelt mall. Easy access to shopping. Atmosphere was nice, staffs seemed helpful. Only thing was that the room smelled a bit musky

My daughter and I recently stayed (twice) at the NWM. Obviously the location is fantastic. What a bonus to be able to walk around Makati and not have to rely on wheels. Surrounded by great places to eat, drink and shop, I really can't think of a better spot to stay.

The pool is a great size and a nice place to cool off or just hang out. The pool bar serves decent food and drink, and the pool attendants are so helpful and friendly. Overall, we found the service to be excellent, and the amenities such as gym, spa and sauna/steam to be everything you need for a good stay. We intend on returning and staying here at the end of the year when we return to Manila. Maraming salamat New World Makati!

We loved this hotel, the rooms are massive, bright and airy. The pool area was good too, however the bar there took ages for drinks to be made. The hotel breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, so much choice, high quality and fresh. Would 100% stay again

I am thankful for this place that gave us a our well deserved relaxing overnight stay. We went here on a holiday so it seemed like a busy day because there were a lot of guests checking in too. But still, we were accommodated and we had an easy check in. We were even able to ask a room that we want.

The room was clean and big enough for us. It was a typical room similar to the other hotels I have been to. To mention a few, it had a bathtub, tv, electric kettle, hair dryer and refrigerator. They also provided towels, toiletries, free bottled water and complimentary sachets of tea and coffee.

Aside from the room, we also enjoyed some of their amenities like the pool and the sauna. I really liked their sauna. I even went there twice (before dinner and after breakfast).

The breakfast is good too. They had different station for eggs, fruits, drinks, bread, cheese, rice, English and Asian breakfast. And we really liked their soimai.

The staff are very friendly too. They were busy but they always had time to assist the guests like us.

Overall, we really had a good experience here. We are happy to choose to stay here on a holiday.

Yet another excellent stay at New world. Kudos to the front desk and security staff. Grateful for the complimentary upgrade. Room was spacious, and the Malin and Goetz toiletries were a delightful touch. We'll be back for sure.

New World Makati Hotel is our go-to spot in the Philippines, and it's always a blast staying there. Everything's on point, from the fantastic building to the beautiful lobby with a super inviting vibe and a sweet-smelling atmosphere.

The rooms are enormous, and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud with those beautiful pillows. We extended our stay, and the staff made it a breeze. Plus, the views from our room were fantastic.

What really stands out is the staff—they're fantastic! From room service to the front desk, everyone's friendly and on the ball. We had a little hiccup with the shower drain, but they fixed it while we were shopping. Talk about service!

All in all, New World Makati Hotel is the best place for a luxe, comfy, and memorable time in Manila. This place is a winner if you're after a great hospitality experience in the Philippines. It's become a must-hit spot in our yearly travel plans, and we're already counting down to the next stay!

The service is perfect and the waiters are so friendly and nice. Always keep their smile and do the best to guests even I’m a foreigner. Breakfast is very diversity and night has bar and music performances.

I had fun staying at New World Hotel Makati. The attentive staff and comfortable rooms exceeded my expectations. Great hotel for my trip. The rooms are a little older but very clean. Location is right across from a major mall so food & shops were easily accessible. The hotel staff and cleaning service were awesome too‼

The staff in the hotel are very professional and well-trained. They are very courteous and offer excellent service. Breakfast is a good selection and they can offer very fast service in the morning if you are in a rush. The lobby and lounge area is very nice, good place to rest or meet a friend for a chat. Bar service is great, although if you ordered food you would have to wait quite long. Lounge is packed most nights and the live singers are very good. Location of hotel is very convenient, close by to malls, shops and restaurants.
Only complaint is that the room was very humid when I arrived, to the point where the sheets felt damp when I went to sleep. Think it was because the room was left vacant for a while so the air-conditioning was barely running. It was much better by the second night.

Stayed here for a month in 2014. Best hotel in Makati. Very clean, very secure, extremely very nice staff. Feel like 6-star hotel. Location is great. Walking distance to the malls at Green Belt. Lot of choices @buffet breakfast. Received free drinking vouchers @bar 😁. Hope will return here someday.

I come here every month. They are very accommodating especially the staff at midnight. Of all the people and cabin crew they see every day they always remember my husband. They are even good friends now. Joking and laughing makes the atmosphere very lively. They are very friendly and they assist you with water right away. In any way they are happy to help you. Lost room card or even in parking they are nice. They usually clean the room in the afternoon and whenever I leave some note for my concerns for the housekeeping, they make sure that they will satisfy our room needs. Even the guards at the entrance are nice. We have tried breakfast and they made my heart happy with their bread section. I love their bread delicacies. You should try it. Highly recommended. I must say that the waiters there are polite and nice. All of them will be at your disposal to accommodate your needs. I remember we sat beside a Japanese national who poured her coffee. Good thing the supervisor saw it and grabbed the towel fast. After the waiters cleaned the table they even asked the table near that table if we were fine. They are really nice to foreigners and to their own Filipinos. Rooms are good. Some rooms don't have a bidet. Make sure to request a room with a bidet if you're a user. I just dislike the air conditioning. It's very low and I can't sleep nearly at night because it's not cold enough to use the thick blanket. You only have 3 options in the air conditioning since it's centralised. I hope they will do something about it.

Convenient to go to the malls at Greenbelt. Some cafés nearby and also not so far to get to the airport.
Nice buffets variety for breakfast and lunch too. Cozy to be at the swimming pool too.

My recent stay at the New World Makati Hotel was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel like a valued guest.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I was provided with a variety of pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. The view from my room overlooking the city skyline was breathtaking, especially during the evening when the city lights came to life.

I enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool and the fitness room was well-equipped and clean, making it easy for me to maintain my workout routine during my stay.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its central location. It's conveniently situated near shopping malls and restaurants making it the perfect base for exploring Makati City.

This place has top notch Sevice. I used it quite often in 2018 and 2019 for work. Recently, I came back for vacation and found it to be still well maintained, clean and comfortable. The Makati New New World has some of the best service in the industry.
My only complaint is that the quality of service for their hire cars has gotten worse. Both from and to the airport the car was late and the professionalism of the driving was lacking. Save your money and just use a taxi or Grab.

My family loved our stay at the hotel. They accommodated our needs as a family of 4. They also sent me a surprised birthday cake at midnight for my birthday. Thank you for an amazing experience. The only thing that I hope the hotel can consider to change are the pillows, they are too soft and flat despite having 2 pillows.
