The place is lovely with great ambiance.
The staff who served us were lovely, unfortunately we didn’t get his name.
It was our wedding anniversary and everything was perfect.
The food was tasty, especially the fish dish recommended by the staff. The salad was great too.
We also tried some cocktails from the bar and enjoyed it. Highly recommend to check it out if you’re in Manila.

The place and the ambiance is AMAZING!!!!
Staff is friendly and nice too.

As for the food, a bit expensive that we loved all our orders!!

Sweet n Sour Fish - 365
-our least favorite from the orders

Crispy bagnet karekare - 695
-fam’s favorite. love the big chunks of pork.

Beef caldereta - 675
-my fave!!! a bit spicy too. though I hope they can give more sauce (it looked dry for a caldereta)

Grilled spareribs - 665
-soft and yummy ribs!!! we loved this as well

Cordon bleu - 405
-yummmmmm especially the white sauce but serving of the sauce is little

Pancit canton - 310
-another fam favorite!!! pancit is really gooood

Emilia House Salad - 405
-yummmm!!!!!!

Rice - 60 per cup

Tried the banana milkshake for only P150. The iced tea is a no for me cos it was bland :(

serving per order is good for 2 to 3pax.
OVERALL 5 stars pa rin!!! ✨

This place is quite magical. If you want a very chill yet classy restaurant with top notch food, you should try it here!

We tried the chicken croquettes and patatas bravas for appetizers; chicken cordon bleu, sinigang, liempo, sisig, and the to-die-for Kare-kareng bagnet! for mains; and the cheesecake for dessert—it was truly phenomenal! Additionally, the server was very warm, welcoming, and hilariously witty. We love her, Ms. Jhovie!

Word of warning tho, if you’re italian and you dont like your pasta sweet, this place serves it Filipino style. We love it, nonetheless!

Also: the al fresco area is pet friendly!!

Oh. My. God! This place is a gem! A home for classic Filipino food with a classy atmosphere. The flavors are what you'd expect for Filipino food, but just done right. If ever you have friends or guests who want to experience Filipino cuisine, I would recommend Emilia's! The serving time was quick and the serving size was just right for us. An amazing experience!

Was hesitant at first because the place looks snobby. I was totally wrong. The whole staff esp TIN made my parents very comfortable. She is very warm and helpful. Very satisfied with the service.

Food - delicious and generous servings. Value-for-money if celebrating. Did not find the food too salty which is common in many Filipino dishes.

Ambience - peaceful and beautiful even the outdoor area

Will definitely go back to bring my balikbayan family members.

EMILIA, House of Filipino Food, offers a delightful culinary experience in a charming classic setting—an old house transformed into a restaurant. The ambiance alone is a feast for the eyes. The place is located inside the Malacañang Complex.

My taste buds were treated to an exquisite journey, especially with the charcoal-grilled spare ribs smothered in Jack Daniel sauce—a perfect blend of savory and smoky flavors. The crispy bagnet Kare Kare was a revelation, combining the crunch of bagnet with the rich, savory goodness of the peanut sauce.

The adobong pusit was a highlight, showcasing a perfect balance of tangy and savory notes that left a lasting impression. What truly stood out, besides the delectable dishes, was the impeccable service provided by their crew—attentive, friendly, and truly enhancing the overall dining experience.

EMILIA is a gem for those seeking not only authentic Filipino flavors but also a nostalgic ambiance that complements the classic taste of their dishes. A must-visit for any food enthusiast.

An authentic and high-energy lunch experience. First off, I went when there was a office holiday party also happening and it all added to the festive air of the place.

The setting is formal. The environment as if you are visiting someone’s home. There’s also an outdoor seating area out back. Though I sat inside.

The salad was spot on. The highlight was the traditional Filipino beef stew with rice. I loved the flavors and light spicy taste. And capped the meal with a fried banana dessert. All executed superbly and tasting great.

I am glad I went here, and I highly recommend going.

Very classy place with good food! Came here for our friend's birthday treat and was pleasantly surprised by the vibe of the place. The restaurant is located near Malacañang so you do have to leave an ID at the gate before reaching the restaurant but there was ample parking outside. Servers were very friendly and food was good. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

My first experience with this restaurant and it is very good. We ordered 1 fish dish (Pampino) and 1 dessert (banana crepe with chocolate sauce). The 2 dishes are very good. We definitely go back to try different dishes.
PS: The ONLY restaurant is in Malacañang where is the official residence of the Philippines's president. We got a taxi spam saying there is the same restaurant 's name in Makati. From Intramuros, it should be a 20min taxi ride
