M-Bay Health Spa

Glad my wife and I was able to stumble upon this place in Manila. Lots of parking space. Building is kinda old and dark. No background music unlike the other spas. But it has a lot of working amenities like jacuzzi, sauna both wet and dry and shower rooms. But the best part is their service. You can tell that their therapists are all well experience. This has the best massage service qe have experienced so far

Great place to go get a great massage for cheap! It’s also really nice that they have a jacuzzi, cold plung pool, sauna, and steam room that you could use for a couple of hours before or after the massage. Went 2 times while I was in Manila and both times was great. Not a fancy place but truly has everything you want and/or need for the price.

I’m tried so many massages the past 10 years and this really takes the cake. Worth every peso!
I got to use the sauna and jacuzzi before the massage, the staff was really friendly and very approachable. I think i will be coming back every time I need a pick me up. My masseuse was Ningning she was great.

Good, I'm really glad I found this spa in Manila and enjoyed great service for sure a price. 750 pesos for one hour body massage (which was paid before service), and I paid a tip of 100 pesos upon leaving.

You can have sauna and hot bath for 2.5 hours at most. I came late by 2245 and I was told the session closes at 2330.

When I was enjoying the hot bath, a staff reminded me several times on the time even though it's only 2300. I didn't feel like being in a hurry.

There are two kinds of suana, a usual one and another traditional wooden one, probably in Japanese style. It's good to try the latter one since it's quite special.

Afterwards I was directed upstairs and given a choice of hot coffee or tea. Soon I was led to the public massage area. (you can enjoy in a private room by paying more, 250 pesos if I remember correctly)

The masseuse didn't have much strength when just using fingers. (I told them I need someone with strength) but she surprised me when doing that using her arms and legs afterwards. It's to the point and relaxing.

I would go again. If time is enough, enjoying sauna and doing massage here can be a routine with such a price.

Premium massage spa in the metro. Area is a bit small but it doesn't stop you from enjoying the facilities. This branch is the older than the chinatown place so expect some wear. Despite that, still a satisfying visit everytime.

Excellent massage and food as well. Their facility is super clean.

I went there for the first time today. Overall experience is 4.5/5. I tried their sauna first, and it’s really clean and soothing. The shower is okay, I just hope they had warm water as the water was a bit cold after the sauna.

The massage is really good and thorough. They really targetted the stiff parts of my body, and I feel so relax afterwards.

A suggestion for others: The massage pressure may be to strong for some, so I suggest to communicate with your masseuse well on your individual tolerance level.

I've been going to M-Bay for more than 10 years. They still have the best masseuse. I wish they'd fix the second floor lounge again. It was nice to hang out there before and have a foot massage and eat mami and order drinks and just unwind. I miss that.

The shiatsu massage is just superb!

Its got all you need to rejuvenate yourself, from their sauna, jacuzzi, etc. They also gave out free ramen after the massage.

Clean, comfortable, good service, what if they have free food, it can be perfect. Will be back again.
