I was one of today’s customer at Mercury Drug. All I could is say is POOR SERVICE.

Grabe yung guard, pinapausog nya kasi kami because may uupo na senior citizen but I was wondering na there were vacant seats infront of us and pinapauna nya yung mga tao sa tapat namin then I asked him bakit and nabastos ako when the security guard told me that, “Bakit? Senior ka ba?”

There are three core values of Mercury Drug, the two are, excellence and benevolence and kahit doon sa dalawa wala sya.

Eto pa, after him telling me that nag rant ako sa kasama ko and di talaga sya nag alinlangan at sinagot ako at tinataasan ako boses.

After we bought our needs sa mercury, kinausap ko yung guard na kung ako yung ibang bata na binabastos nya mas nabastos na sya.
