I suspected a staff has lost my prescription as she did not return it to me after buying from them. Also, same staff appeared confused that time because earlier I asked for neurobion but gave me sangobion instead.

I came back a day later after searching for it at home. That time, the manager appears defensive because they don't want to proceed on helping me after they said the said prescription is not found in their inventory. The manager then proceeded to blame me by saying I should have taken a pic of my prescription, I may have dropped it outside, or it's in my belongings after all. I still insist for them to look for it and for said staff to help despite having a day off when I returned, because I'm the one who experienced loss over this.

I have already given my phone number for them to contact me for any updates but to no avail even as of writing this review.
