I did an eight day rental with this company in the car works fine and the price was good

But I had made arrangements with them to pick up the car at a specific airport - CYZ, and to drop off the car into the hands of a driver three hours north of Manila essentially so that I could enjoy driving in the Philippines without needing to actually drive in Manila

The arrangements were spelled out in the contract which was agreed three months before the rental, and were signed and then I actually went to their office in Manila four days before the rental began to review all details and show them all my documents in person

On the day we were supposed to pick up the car they sent the driver to the wrong airport and so when we landed we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for him to arrive with the car basically ruining the plan to spend that day at the beach

And on the last day it appeared that they sent the first driver to the wrong city… A second back up driver came to the right spot at the right time but then missed a critical exit for the airport and so the 3 Hour drive became a 4 Hour drive

It basically means that every part of the transaction that involved a human being they managed to screw up and they wasted 3 1/2 hours of my time

When I pointed that out and suggested that maybe a discount of some sort was an order they said that they thought their people were doing the best and that the price was already too low to offer a discount

Honestly my conclusion was that they were doing their best… But the best is not very good… I wouldn’t do anything at all complicated with them

Very bad experience with this car rental! If i could give zero star i would. We rented a van and the ac didnt work. We called the number and the guy was unapologetic and didnt even give us any solution! We were inside the van feeling like a rotisserie chicken.

Do not use this car rental.

Imagine booking a month in advance for a worry free travel then a different van arrives with no aircon then owner tells you “its still a van” to compensate your disappointment. If that’s the experience you want, please book their service.

Rented a van for 3 weeks and returned with minor damage to bottom of rear bumper. They charged me for repair and 2 days rental fee for lost income, even though they rented the van out the way it was.

Not recommended. They will scam you for your money. We tried booking here and they said we should have the car washed before returning. So before returning the vehicle we have it car washed. But when they picked it up they charged us for car wash.

Do not book this car rental service. They have lopsided contract that benefits just them. They did not provide the car that was rented on the contract. They gave us an older van with no aircon and was not sorry about it!!!

Useless. Overall worst experience I’ve had with a car rental company!
1) They were late for pick up. Agreed pick up time 6am, no answer from them when I arrived. Wasted an hour waiting.
2) turned out the car had dodgy replacement batteries (motorlite) had to take it to a mechanic, couldn’t be recharged, had start the car with another battery and drive home 6 hours without turning off engine.
3) refused to reimburse for half a day wasted on the rental and even for for mechanic fee 400php
