Some how had to pay 2000+ pesos for a bag that cost me 600 pesos to bring. I was told the reason was because the desk is kore expensive, however it wouldnt let me check my bag online and we went hours ahead of time..!

Never again Air Asia. My flight N9KCWD was postponed from January 4, 2024, 12.35 pm to 3.05 pm. Since I missed an important business appointment as a result, I booked the flight the day before to January 3, 2024, 12.35 pm. This flight was of course postponed again by Air Asia to 3.05 pm on January 3, 2024 at 6.16 am. So my business appointment does not work again. I will NEVER fly with this low-cost airline again in this life. Neither me, nor my family, nor all my friends, acquaintances and everyone else I know. Absolutely NOT recommended.

I booked a round trip ticket on line through cebu Pacific website to Barocoy from Cebu. I paid for extra bag weight fee. But I was only given extra bag weight fee for one way and charged 800 pesos for being 1 kilo over in each of our two check in bags. They canceled my flight to cebu and rescheduled me through Manila adding 5 hours travel time to my flight. And the icing on the cake is this. My return flight from Dipolog to cebu was cancelled due to runway issues they changed my flight from Dipolog to another airport 3 hours away. I took the ferry to cebu. At the airport in cebu I was told I would not get any refund only credit for another flight X2 ( me and wife). I won't be able to use this credit non transferable so they screwed me out of my money then screwed me again on baggage fees.Do not Fly with this dishonest company.
