Quency Cakes and Pastries

My daughter’s birthday was just around the corner, and my parents wanted to celebrate it together with us before they head back to Korea.

There aren’t many bakeries on the island so our options were quite limited.

I was little hesitant to buy their cake at first as my past experiences with cakes from local bakeshops have been dismal to say the least, but this time, I was pleasantly surprised. The cake was incredibly moist, soft, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend giving it a try.

If there's a zero rating, I'd rate this shop a zero. We followed through our order hours before we needed it. They said I can claim it at their Bora branch. When we head there, we were informed that the cake was still in Caticlan. We can no longer wait for it since the party will start already.

We asked the person in charge to just give us another cake in lieu of the customized cake we ordered but he didn't say a word to us. The cake was fully paid more than a week before the date we needed it.

When I messaged their page to complain, they weren't even a bit remorseful.
