DOZEN RAC (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning)

This company supplied us with a second hand air conditioner which failed after three months with a six month warranty. It was picked up by their employers to return for repair. Was not returned no contact was made we have been given a refund of 3,000 of 4500 pesos. They were very polite and chummy. Sent us Facebook friend requests. And posts. But have since blocked us and refuse to accept or acknowledge any approach we have made for the balance and refuse to accept my wife's phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We ended up having to buy a new air con to fill the hole left by their unit and my wife missed work due to sickness and I had to send her money for new unit. They are crumbs.
