unfair staff waiting to long and she let the other customer first to cut the anabuls, whats the purpose i waiting for ?

Had two bad experiences here. First they overclipped my cat’s nail and had minor wound. I let it go since to them “it was just a little cut”. Second time, my cat got infected and as per vet he may have acquired it where other cats have the same issues or had injected meds, plus they used strong cat products since his brows/forehead gone bald.

My cat never went outside apart from his PetKingdom visit. I reported this case to them initially and offered that they will apply medication however, my vet told me not to since groomers shouldn’t be deciding on cat’s medication. This could have been another unprofessional call have I said yes. Goes to show the limitation in assessing concerns. When I reported all these I was told that “it’s just an isolated case and they will get back to me” but that never happened lol.
