Customer support is slow. Hindi macontact landline or walang hotline, may email support nga pero every after 24 hours sasagot. I have urgent queries pero til now hindi ko pa rin alam ang sagot.
May updated landline po ba kayo? Mas mabilis i-address ang concerns kung may landline unlike sa email na 10 years ka pa maghihintay ng sagot.
I hope makakarating sa management.

Payment system needs improvement. Was processing transaction for my sister and page showed that Payment was cancelled. So I tried booking for her again and the same Payment Cancelled page showed. When I checked my Paypal account, I got charged twice and on Pinoytravel's page, the seats I was trying to get were reserved. We received an email stating that the seats were successfully booked. How can this be? I disputed the transactions and until now they haven't returned the credit due. Better use a different service if you want to ensure that you don't get debited of money unfairly.

You don't deserve even 1 star at all. Very poor service. Never thought that booking online is more hassle and stressful than just paying in the bus company itself. I have been reaching with them since last week because no voucher was sent to me but it seems they keep on ignoring. They always drop my phone call. I want a refund instead.

I booked for two tickets, roundtrip. Both of our seats were separated from each other. They said it's due to the availability of seats but when we were inside the bus, we see people buying tickets and they were seated beside each other. Looks like someone from this agency just wanted to fill up the front seats first. Would never book again!

At first, I like the thought that they responded to my email to follow up on my booking. Afterwards, they didn't get back to about the status with my trip. I ended up calling the third party payment service provider to have it resolved since there wasn't any update from them even if I already sent them the payment confirmation. I hope you improve your ways in running an online booking service and most importantly, your online customer support.

Services like attending to your queries and even contacting them is too slow. Yung ibang concerns ko pa naman ay kailangan na ng agarang sagot. Nung una ngba rebook ako tapos hinihingi ko na yung bagong voucher kasi nakapagbayad na ako, di pa binigay, they have given it na after three weeks pa kung kelan nagalit na ako sa kanila sa sobrang bagal ng service. Tapos yung bus company hindi nila alam na nakabook qna pla sa date na yan qc hindi finoforward ng pinoy travel. Malalaman lang ng bus company qng hihingi qna ng ticket. Ano ba yan! Kung pwede lang mgbigay ng zero ibibigay qo. Praying for an improvement on your services!!!!!!!!!!
