It is located just on the side of the main road. About 10 minutes walk to flotsam. Very friendly and accommodating staff!

We stayed at PDC a couple of times already. Their place is ideal for us because their rooms are clean, spacious, & away from the bustling & sometimes noisy center of Urbiztondo. Their staff are always polite, helpful, & accommodating. Would love to stay some more in the future.

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, private place for family gatherings or couples, this is the right place for you! It feels like you own the whole place plus their accommodation, service and food is a plus! Love their comfort food like their pizzas, milkteas, beef brisket noodles, and home cooked food! 🤤 feels like home away from home! 💯

My preferred place in San Juan. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms at an affordable price. Safe parking inside the compound. Walking distance from the crowds and busy restos.

I'm trying to book a room this coming saturday but no room available, anyway, I see that your hotel is so nice even in the picture, you had more nice comments than bad, so just ignore the bad comments, maybe in the near future, you would consider putting an elevator for the your guest and specially for the seniors and pwd's, its only a suggestion😊😊😊😊😊If I will rate your hotel, I would give you 10 stars...Thanks and keep up the good service
