Jollibee Bacnotan

Jollibee has been my fave go to place when I have sudden cravings. I just feel disappointed because the queue is always piling up whether on drive thru or dine-in

(Update: Ice Cream machine is working as of September 8, 2023) Their ice cream machine is not working for months now.... Meaning, no sundae, coke float and the like. And there are no signs of it getting repaired in the near future, so if you are craving for a Jollibee Sundae I recommend skipping this branch. I will edit this review once their ice cream machine is repaired.

Just fine. I was surprised to see a PWD crew. She was able to get my request to wipe the morsels of rice left by the previous occupants of the table, of giving me extra creamer , a sachet of catsup for my hotdog and 2 glasses of service water after eating our meal.
She is efficient in attending to the costumers.

Great food. Meals are much juicier in this branch than others. Even the fries are crisper (if available).

Atmosphere is good, was just a bit noisy when we were there because of some other customers.

The rest room at the 2nd floor has bidet! 👍

Went here through drive thru. Ordered spag, burger steak, chicken with rice meal and palabok.

The one taking the order told us that we need to wait for 18mins before for the chicken meal but to our surprise, we got in 5mins I guess.

Really blowed my mind. Really fast service.

I was trilled to see this Jolibee! 😊 they have good crew organization. They do follow the guidelines and of course the taste of Jolibee I always wanted.

First to time to go here. As always, the place is not crowded and the CR is clean.

Service is a bit fast than other branches, though the ongoing road construction made the drive-thru so difficult for vehicles to handle.

friendly staff as always. fast service. consistent food. cannot ask for more.

Overall experience is very good. But I believe the entry/exit of their drive thru and parking space needs improvement. Some drivers exit at the entry of drive thru. There should be 1 exit only.

Good service though they do not have any kind of sundae last may 31,2022.thank you jollibee.hoping jollibee will come soon here in Luna or nearby town.🙏🙏🙏

Order taker in the drive through needs more training not to be confusing when getting orders from customers. Drive thru date was January 19, 2022

The place is clean and spacious. The ambient is great. The staff are hospitable and accommodating. This place is close to business establishments in the town.
