The hotel name fits their identity. Indeed AWESOME!
The room was spectacular all facing the beach.
The breakfast is good. Location is perfect.
If I'm going to get back in LU for vacation I would definitely choose their hotel again. It's beautiful!
Their staff are great too!

I hope they can improve their signage since it's not along the way and they are a 4 star hotel signage on the road must be visible at night.
I expect of a local dish like bagnet or vigan longganisa and kakanin during breakfast to make feel of the North Luzon vibe. I hope next time they'll consider it.
Their laundry bag is cheap it's just a transparent plastic i hope you can improve and partner for a better laundry bag with hotel name printed on it.
I'm not sure, i don't recall if the room have slippers too.
Restaurant menu is quite few.
These are just little things but overall stay is awesome! Thank for making our stay awesome!

If you want a luxury and stress-free place, Awesome hotel is good to go. The room is so clean and you will feel at home. The beach and swimming pool view are awesome and pleasant to the eyes. It’s just so relaxing just by hearing the waves.

We did not stay there, we only ate at the restaurant and walked the beach near sunset. The food was excellent and the view of the sunset was stunning. The desserts at the coffee shop were extremely good. Prices were a little high for most most places in the PI but significantly lower than in the US for food and ambiance of this quality.

Highly recommended ... clean rooms... excellent view and location... good food... nice pool... a bit expensive but worth spending. We will definitely go back again...

Best hotel in San Juan ,La Union. The sunset view from the infinity pool is truly amazing. Live band and free cocktails will surely lit up your mood. Very friendly staff, ample parking space and state of the art amenities. I love this place.

We were able to book a room when we needed to extend our stay here in LA union. Their family room is very cozy for 6 people. The hotel was fairly new and very clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We ordered food for dinner and had it delivered to the room. The food was really good. I particularly enjoyed their pad Thai which was almost good for two people. HOWEVER, their breakfast buffet was disappointing. Yes, they have a salad station and their breads and pastries were good but their breakfast fare was not really good. Their fried rice was so-so, the corned beef tasted like the cheap bulk corned beef with a lot of extenders (tasted like the cheap Argentina) and was a bit salty, their longganisa was 'malansa', the chicken sausage was dry and their bacon was soggy with no hint of the slightest crispness. Their omelette was good thought and the chef will make a perfect sunny side up egg to your liking. They have a well stocked bar but since it was election time when we came (we obviously didn't vote), there was a liquor ban so we weren't able to enjoy their bar. But over all, or experience was good.

Front desk people are very nice, polite and friendly. The view, room and amenities are awesome! The best luxurious stay in San Juan. Book via their website for better deal.
They were able to accommodate our requests and checked us in earlier since it was off-peak season 😉

Only off for me was when I tried contacting them via phone. For better service, you may contact them via messenger. Everything else was very awesome. Good job to all the staff and mgmt.

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday. The hotel is incredible. Only reason I gave 5 stars is because there is no 6 stars!!! Room was spectacular. Clean, well designed and a view to die for. They had an infinity pool overlooking the south china sea. The breakfast was sufficient and I tried a few of their dishes on the menu and I can safely say - its the same standard, if not superior, to the many international chain. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location is a bit far but its in the surf capital of Phillipines where the surf competition for the SEA games were held. Nice long beach to laze on. Well done team awesome!!!!

This hotel just debuted a new and expanded building. It's modern and beautiful, with a stunning large infinity pool flanked with 2 restaurants on the side and a decent cafe in the lobby. The new building is overlooking the ocean, where you get amazing sunsets. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. My favorite is our balcony. The amenities are really nice too, rain shower and they even have a japanese bidet.

The only real complaint I have about the rooms is that the bed is so stiff, it wasn't comfortable at all! For a luxury hotel, that was the only thing that disappointed. Also, on the weekends, they have a lot of activities and music can go on until 10 or 11 pm. So if you're a light sleeper. Good luck.

If you're a serious foodie, the restaurant is not going to satisfy your craving. There are, however, a lot of restaurants that are walking distance like Makkan or Kahel.

Overall, it's a great resort. Very comfortable stay. I would definitely come back, even with the minor complaints.

We love the Awesome Hotel. The staff is second to none. The rooms in the new high rise hotel are beautiful and well appointed. The views are amazing. The pool is long enough for laps and has a shallow lounging area too. The grass field is wonderful for a morning workout or yoga session facing the beach. They have rentals for surf boards and kayaks if you are adventurous!

Came here for the day tour which is 750 per adult and 350 for children, free for 2 and below. We had an easy time checking in, there was plenty of parking and lots of places to sit. There were few people around so it was quiet.

The food and drinks were fantastic! The best red velvet cake I've had in the Philippines and the caesar salad was fresh and delicious. They have a physical menu but there's a qr code menu at each table along with a call button.

The pool was quite clean, few bugs as to be expected. And 3 different levels so its safe for kids! Theres a hot tub as well that was very clean.

The bathroom was clean and spacious, but only two showers. Theres no shelves inside and only two hooks but there is a bench outside with hooks to hang clothes.

Great hotel to stay in San Juan, La Union! Shout out to Joseph for the making our stay the most memorable one in La Union. This is a great beachfront hotel with awesome views of the sunset. They have a really good infinity pool, super warm jacuzzi and a kiddie pool.
We stayed at the new wing - suite room which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a kitchenette ( with microwave and fridge), spacious living room and dining room. It has a great view of the beach and sunset. They also have car charging stations, which was a pleasant surprise.
Best hotel in La Union! Way better than Aureo.

Location is near town proper which is a plus. Never thought such hotel exists in the province. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. We got the Premium Suite for two nights with a beautiful view of the sea. Food is tasty; they have lots of options to choose from. Lobby Cafe is absolutely the best. They serve some of the best pastries.

Tip: If you want to have your room cleaned, make sure to remind them or make a follow-up call. Especially during weekends. Because the hotel is full of guests during these times.

The infinity pool made our 4 year old stay in it, infinitely. The beach is awesome as is.

Rooms are spacious with a balcony overlooking the infinity pool. The bathroom, omg, freaking awesome.

The breakfast buffet was super duper awesome! So many choices and food was exceptional!

Because they are awesome, it is quite expensive to stay here BUT totally worth it, if you have the budget, SPLURGE on this hotel, you won’t regret it!❤

Worth the price they charge. When you book a room, choose the 'new wing' rooms. They've got unobstructed view of the beach. They offer buffet breakfast, wide selection of food. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathroom.
