I had an important package delivered from Tacloban to Manila on Dec 5.. fast forward to January 5, my package was still not delivered. When I tried to contact The Tacloban Branch, no answer. I had to personally go to their office to follow up my package. It turns out they do not deliver to Marikina (destination). Instead of informing me that their package was waiting already nobody informed us. They told me that I had to pay additional 4,000 for the package to be delivered from Tondo to Marikina. I had to make an effort to look for a third party to transport my package again( lalamove). When I called earlier, monday or friday lang daw sila magpapapick up at hahanapin pa yung package ko. MAGADJUST NAMAN KAYO! DAPAT NGA KAYO NA NAGBABAYAD NG LALAMOVE KSI KAYO YUNG PALPAK. DAPAT DI NIYO NIRECEIVE KUNG DI KYO NAGDEDELIVER SA AREA. SUKI PA NAMAN KAMI TAPOS AFTER YEARS OF BEING A CUSTOMER GANYAN PARIN KAYO.
