As of today, our items are already in Manila, but until now, it still not transferred. The shipment was scheduled last Tuesday and arrived last Thursday. But the transferring of items were not yet done. Because of them, we are so delayed in our expected deadlines and schedules. All plans and schedules were ruined because of the delay in the items to be transferred. They promised us that they could transfer "urgent" items, but until now, they failed to do so. They told us that the items was already transferred but when one of our representative asked their office, they told us that the items was not yet transferred. We are trying to contact them but not answering. I hope the company could fix this problem and I hope you can assure us the exact time and date that the items to arrived. The experienced was terrible, a total disaster. Sorry.
