Guards are polite as they greet you well while they screen you prior your entry. They have a line separate for clients who are senior citizens. persons with disabilities and pregnant women where they are not required to get an electronic queue number which the regular clients have to from the electronic kiosk which i suppose is easy to use as long as you have prepared and know the bank account details of your reason to be there.

The staff are friendly and assist well. BUT, the lines are ridiculously looong ANY DAY. They should have their own deposit machine for client’s convenience.

A very inconsiderate bank and the bank manager Riza Hermoso is poor in customer relations and no emotional empathy. You dont deserve to receive not even good commendation..This comment is for BDO.Cavite City branch. The worst BDO branch

Rude staff over the phone - talked to a guy and we were just asking questions if mabibigay yung details over the phone. He is shouting that he wants to speak with my mom. Pwede naman sabihin ng maayos - why shout? Well withdraw all our accounts from this branch because of this teller / staff . Call was made december 2023
