Went there during lunch time so it was a bit crowded. Two tellers were open so waiting time wasn't really that long. The bank looks clean and well-maintained. Guards and staff are polite.

Very bad customer service! Another Metrobank told me to just get endorsement letter from PCU Japan Language Exam Center, for me to be able to buy 60$ to deposit to their Metrobank Dollars Account. I also have an account in Metrobank and I'm travelling so I went to this bank instead. First they said if I buy $, I can't deposit it on the same day. Next they said, I can only buy $ if I am travelling abroad and that I need to show plane ticket! Oh my gosh, wag na kau ppunta jan!

Very slow service. Please add more tellers. Depositing check took an hour. Worst service I ever had in a bank

Ang susungit ng guard nyo parang may mga regla tapos parang mga di kumain ng lunch walang kaenergy energy. Yung atm nyo sa loob ng puregold parating sira tanggalin nyo na lang wala din naman silbe

Sobrang bagal, baka pwedeng magdagdag ng staff to accommodate people. May pila na sa labas may pila pa sa loob. Not really recommended para sa mga working employees.
