J&T hubs notify their buyers that their rider is on it's way to deliver including their riders name and phone number. Yours don't! And your riders are lazy, very incompetent and rude, excuse to those few who works harder.
I have waited for my parcel to be delivered supposedly Feb 13 2024 and no other attempts anymore. I was home the whole time and no rider came, no calls, no missed call and not even a message from your rider. And worst thing you RTS my parcel. My parcel is fully paid. I always pay my orders to the seller before sending them to make sure it is delivered to me but unfortunately your company is incompetent. Train your employees and riders to do their job properly and be competent.

Status unsuccessful delivery for 2 consecutive days, but no rider shown up. I'm still waiting for the package to be delivered, but the courier is being dishonest because no rider arrived. Today and yesterday. I'd been waiting for it. Incompetent and dishonest. Modus yata nila ito. Already reported it to shopee. I hope they make actions on this matter. 👎

Should've been 0 stars I ordered on shopee on January it was shipped on 27 January now its been over 2 months March 1 nalang wala japon

Been waiting for my package for 2 weeks. Then when it already arrived they sent my item to the wrong courier who's bot assigned to deliver in my area so no attempt was made. Second assigned courier called to confirm my address and told me that he will reach out again later. No callback was made and now my item is already being returned to the shipper. Out of all the online purchases I made never have I ever encountered such a hassle with the delivery, only in SPX. It's a good thing i chose COD payment option, imagine having an item already digitally paid and only end up being returned because of incompetent service. 👎

The rider took my parcel and declared that it was already delivered even though I did not receive any, he did not call either so I wasn't able to know who he was. Bad service, they deserve to be shut down.

It's not even worth 1 star anymore. I have been waiting for my parcel esp when it's alr out for delivery, and rider doesn't even bother to contact me unlike before! It's frustrating coz 1 of my parcels was RTS! And now I'm worried that the same thing will happen to my order now that it has alr been on its 2nd attempt for delivery! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!

You guys really have to up your antiques, this is the only shoppee express hub I had issues with, 1st driver harrassed me and the second one just didnt contact me at all. I tried reaching out with the 1st driver and trying to just conversate how sometimes the app is not accurate, tried to even text him the proper location through the google maps methods by numerical tracker on this. But they just refused to conversate. I used to live on tagum, so I never had this experience and mostly the driver were very nice. Davao is a whole different story, and the community under this should fix it. Its not a good look for shoppee's name. J&t and other drivers even try to contact me when theyre done with work just to make sure im sure that i'll just pick it up, but this is just awful.
