I had to wait outside on the scorching hot sun for 2 hours because the guards weren't efficient at managing the lines. Line management was so bad to the point priority queue was slower than the regular line.

I hope you are doing well. I just want to express my frustration and disappointment in your Branch. You are not so helpful guys just to let you know, Sana lang hindi maranasan ng iba nyong client yung Low Class Service na inilatag nyo samin. We already gave you all MEDICAL requirements, ID's, Authorization and all other requirements needed para lang makuha yung CARD namin na kinain ng ATM Machine n'yo. But in the end, wala ring nangyari you just wasted our time. Pinapunta nyo pa kami sa Metrobank to withdraw over the counter hindi naman pala ganun ang proseso nila so they just declined your poor recommendation. Now, Gusto nyong pumunta yung Sister kong kakaopera lang 2 days ago to claim the card pero takot naman kayong maging liable if there's something happen to her.

I will understand sana kung kami lang ang naabala pero hindi, many of us yung nahassle, at nasayang ang oras yung iba pa nga di na pumasok sa trabaho para lang i-claim yung sarili nilang Card. pakiayos naman po ang Machine n'yo please, araw araw nalang. Thanks!

Napaka incompetent ng mga staff dito ang dumi pa ng branch.
