Metrobank Pasig - Silver City

Terrible assistance, the teller was very rude, we can barely hear each other we both have face masks on, and the window is not too thick but can be a hindrance for communication. Her voice was inaudible, which led me to ask politely to repeat herself and then she started acting up. It took me more than an hour just to get my card done and since they are the branch where I have my account activated they have the records of my transactions, I requested for a copy for my online banking needs to be enable and yet the teller was absolutely showing no empathy nor sympathy, she felt forced, I was being nice throughout the transactions. If there's a negative rating, I'll give this a -100. I hope they fix their customer service.

If there is a Zero Rating and Super Negative Rating . This will be my Rating. People there dosent care if Client/Depositor is waiting for to long . They will just look at you while waiting for such a long period of time . They have like 3 Teller i am not getting the reason as to why it takes to long just to withdraw i was there 10:40am and still no update until i decided to asked. Without and Emphaty i was told ( Wait lang ah waiting lang sa Approval ng other branch ) I mean c'mon . Been waiting for about an hour still no update . Csr is worst this branch should be close or they have to replace the people working on this brance ASAP !!! grabe sobrang Tagal . for only 1566.00 na withdrawal dahil na lock Online acc ko at wala ako Atm it took me 3hours for that! para hinde naman mkatarungan. 5 palang kami neto ah . Pano pa if napaka dami na namen baka abutin na kami ng gabe dito sa branch nato !!! My god MetroBank!!!!

I rate 1 star for this branch kase sobrang bagal ng process dahil isang teller lang yung nag aassist, 1hr na isa pa lang na customer naaassist sobrang nakakaabala sa mga customer na saglit lang naman yung transactions at may mga importante pang lakad.
