ZEN Premium Uptown BGC

The staff was excellent very helpful and friendly, whatever time of day or night .My room was always clean and tidy and they tended to my every need, whatever it be. The bed was also very conformable. When I require for a change in towels and floor mat, within minutes, I will receive them. The security guys was also good, however the tall, thin guy had excellent altitude and is asset to the hotel. I would stay there again if I visit the Philippians

The best hotel in Manila so far. Affordable & you get more than what you paid. Spacious room, helpful receptionist (English speaking), walking distance to BCG (fast food,banks, entertainment), laundry shop just beside this hotel & basically everything you wanted from a hotel. Everything is perfect! The hotel staff is very polite & helpful. The laundry shop is closed on the day of our flight back to our country with our clothes still there. A staff name Gift give her very best to help us to contact the owner a few times (have to track the owner name & contact no.) to retrieve our clothes back. We got it just before our flight. We are forever grateful for it!

Clean rooms, approachable and very friendly staff. Wifi connection is strong and stable. The whole 4 days stay there, we had 65mbps upload/download speed. So my husband was able to work on his laptop while I binge watch Netflix on my phone. 😁 There's coffee at the reception and they provide 2 mugs each room so we had unlimited coffee 24 hours. :)
I rate this five stars for its affordable room rates, clean and spacious rooms, very good location (along c5-kalayaan, across Bonifacio Global City, 10 min FX ride to Ayala/Makati CBD) and their friendly staff.

Very clean rooms, courteous, welcoming, honest and reliable staffs most especially Jane and kuya (forgot to ask his name) from the reception. After I checked out at around 3am and was already on the way to the airport, I received a call that I left my phone at the lobby. Jane was very kind to help me get my phone delivered to the airport and really got in touch with me, assisting me in every way possible. Awesome job guys, so thankful really. You made my life less stressful that day, Jane!🙏 God bless you guys and keep up the good work. X

Great customer service, splendid rooms, cool airconditioning , clean beds and bathrooms. Room has its own refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotel is located near ATM/Banks , fastfood chains /restaurants , and just across BGC uptown.

Located at the northern edge of BGC, a little walk from High Street but for the location and the price, it's clean, modern rooms and amenities provide you with a chance to enjoy BGC life at the most inexpensive price.

The place is so clean and the staffs are very hospitable. We encountered some mild issues like the air conditioner was malfunctioning on the 2nd day and they resolved it right away.

Nice place and all staff are very nice and approachable. Always have time to greet their guests 24/7. Two thumbs up for you guys...
