Imus City Hall

I have been transacting business with several.offices at the Imus City hall these months of October and November. And i must say it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone has been so welcoming, so respectful, so accommodating. People go out of their way to assist. I have to mention the Engineering office, CENRO, accounting, traffic mngt unit, Task Force office. Even the people I met on the hallways are nice. Congratulations to the Advincula administration for the exemplary service. Sana hindi kayo magbago.

There is now a new Imus City Hall Complex in Malagasang, but this old City Hall still houses the Comelec. We went to this Comelec office to secure certification of my voters registration, which is a requirement asked from me by OSCA to be included in their roster as a legitimate senior citizen. What amazes me is that it took us only a fraction of a minute or two to avail of that printed certified voter registration. The woman who assisted me really did a wonderful job,and her actions were indeed commendable. I was told that this old City Hall building will later be converted into a museum. It's amazing, just amazing indeed.

Hopefully with new leaders, grand changes would be in the making! It's now transformed into a modern city gradually!

I went to the city hall to pay our property tax. This rating applies to city treasurer's office where our transaction was made. There is a proper queueing system and a dedicated queue is made for our senior citizens which is good. Because of the pandemic, a personnel was now assigned to give the queue number which i think is the right thing to do. Once my number was called, the cashier on window 5 was courteous and professional. The waiting time is not that long. The only slight inconvenience I had was lack of parking space. I was not that inconvenienced as someone can stay as the driver and just wait outside the city hall on hazard lights and wait for me.Might be a problem to lone drivers.

Imus Government staff are so helpful and kind. They really adhere to their goal to serve the people especially Mam Razil of the receiving and Mam Mona at the Office of the Building Official. Keep up the good work!

The offices observe Covid19 protocols. The staff are helpful, polite and efficient. The offices are open even during 12:00-1:00pm lunch break. Great service!

The new Imus City Hall including PNP clearance is a one stop shop for processing of Government documents with ease! Salute to Imus Government!!!

I always had a nice experienced here when paying my advance amilyar every year , less than 5 mins of transaction and I’m done. Keep it up!!!
