I just had my wisdom tooth 🦷 removed today at this very nice dental clinic. It literally took less than 10 mins to have my tooth extracted 😊. Great thanks to the dentist for the very smooth operation. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the process 😮‍💨 I highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone who wants quality dental services.👏🏻

Super gaan ng kamay, at super bait, highly recommended

I witnessed a confrontation between the male dentist on-duty and a potential patient or customer who is an elderly woman.

The dentist was telling the elderly in a rude manner to not the plastic chair lean on the wall as the wall was fragile due to it being made of 'capis' (a very light and fragile material) and had no backing. Because I was there, I can tell that the chair that the elderly was sitting on was not at all leaning against the fragile wall.

Earlier, the elderly moved to the side of the fragile wall because of poor ventilation as the clinic's electric fan was located there. The clinic's electric fan was just facing an open space instead of facing the patients who were patiently waiting. Note that the elderly did not know that the wall was fragile and had no backing because there was no warning sign posted on the wall.

The dentist saw the elderly when he got went to the reception area to look for his assistant. He then asked the elderly to the other side of the wall because it was concrete and therefore sturdy. What made it rude is that the dentist was saying this to the elderly while looking displeased. He even moved the electric fan to the other side of the wall in a way that it seemed he was almost slamming the fan while containing his anger and displeasure. It seemed he was more conerned about the repairs and its cost in case there was damage rather than looking first to prevent injury on the elderly patient in case the wall did break down.

For the record, the wall did not get damaged at all.

The elderly was consequently offended by the dentist's improper, disrespectful verbal and non-verbal behavior. This made the elderly confront the dentist to let him know that she was offended by his words and actions. The dentist kept answering back at the old lady which made the elderly even more angry and offended. This made the clinic's atmosphere seem unprofessional and even unsafe as they were both shouting during the confrontation.

They were fighting over something that seemed trivial because no damage has been done, and there was no intent to harm on the side of the patient.

I would say that the situation was not handled properly and professionally. It was even handled disrespectfully.

To summarize, here are the reasons of my poor review:

1. poor ventilation;
2. fragile wall which may cause injury to the clinic's customers and patients; and
3. unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the dentist

Please consider the below as my suggestions on how to improve as a dental service provider:

1. make sure that the electric fan is facing the patients;
2. invest on a better equipment for ventilation;
3. post a signage on the fragile wall as a warning to the patients and for their safety as well;
4. place an obstruction to the fragile wall in such a way that it will make it hard or even impossible for the patients to lean on the fragile wall in any way to prevent it from falling apart;
5. install a backing support to the fragile wall; and
6. conduct trainings and regular referesher trainings on customer service especially in handling "heated" and difficult situations at work.

I wish for the improvement of your clinic regarding these matters. Thank you.

Not satisfied with the service provided, particularly with the dentist's disrespectful behavior towards my mother. I have never encountered such a rude professional before.

Unprofessional, and very rude to senior citizen! Don't try their services, they are not capable of accommodating clients properly. The dentist is very impatient and disrespectful to elders!!! #NeverAgain

I do not recommend this clinic because the male dentist is rude and petty. Walang galang makipag usap sa nakakatanda. Lumipat ako ng upuan sa kabilang side dahil mainit tapos padabog niya akong pinaalis while sitting na nakatalikod sa divider na capiz dahil masisira daw kahit hindi naman ako nakadikit.

When I confronted the dentist that I was offended, sumagot sagot parin while clenching his fist. Ngayon lang ako naka encounter nang ganitong doctor. So disappointed kaya hindi na ako tumuloy sa scheduled dental cleaning.

Sobrang rude ng dentista. Never again.
