Very unprofessional. They scheduled me for appointment by 3pm only to be told na may nauna sakin when I arrived. Come 4pm, di pa din tapos sa naunang patient. I have no problem kung may tinatapos pa sila na patient pero sana man lang they informed me na aabutin pa ng lagpas 1 hr bago ako maasikaso. I think the purpose of setting an appointment is to ensure na walang mag overlap na patients. This is a very disappointing experience for me considering na i am not a new patient. I am not recommending this dental clinic to others.

Went there for the first time on Dec 3, 2021 kasi may pangingilo sa ngipin ko everytime na iinom ng malamig meaning merong butas so kailngn pastahan. I also had my teeth cleaned. Doc did the necessary cleaning procedures which was quite rough. Pgdating sa pagpapasta, i got injected with anesthesia for whatever reason na hindi ko naman usually narranasan sa pgpapasta lang. Pinastahan ni doc yung tooth ko sa dulo na sabi nya nag-ccause ng pangingilo which i questioned kasi based sa nraramdaman ko, yung pangingilo ay nanggagaling sa 2nd to the last tooth. Ang sabi ni doc, d nya muna ginalaw yung pinpoint out kong ngipin kasi hindi daw yun ung nagccause ng pangingilo kundi yung nasa dulo so i didn't object to it since i trusted her. I paid 2,800 pesos for the pasta of one tooth, cleaning and some miscellaneous fee. At the end of it all, hindi pa rin nawala yung pangingilo ng tooth ko everytime na iinom ako ng malamig. So in short, i paid for nothing. It's a bit disappointing pero it's been done. Would not recommend this clinic at all
