Doctors at Wellpoint are usually professional and nice. I have a few doctors there and I can confirm that they are truly professional. But this Doctor is different. Did not even bother to explain to me about my condition. She just took out her suitcase and charged me for the medicine that I did not even ask for. She was more of a seller rather than a doctor. Her comments are also uncomfortable. It would be okay if the patient is already a long-time patient, but for new ones that are just coming in for the first time, I don't think that it is appropriate to make offensive comments as if you are long-time friends. Even ridiculed my question about possible side effects of the medication which may be depression. Disappointing.

Doctor's sched at wellpoint started at 2pm. I arrived there before 2pm and was given queue number 9. Doctor arrived around 3:30 and I didn't get checked until almost 7pm. When I finally got in, doc made me uncomfortable and didnt even try explaining what condition I have. She just took out a big suitcase containing lots of medications, took out a few meds and just gave me a charge slip amounting to 3,000+ pesos and expected me to pay it without having any explanation whatsoever. I tried asking her about the meds or my condition but she answered vaguely and just told me to buy her meds. Very disappointing since it felt like she was in a hurry during our consultation when she had taken her time with the patient before me and I even heard them talk about samgyup, but she cant even do her job with me.
