The Kafetearia @ Plaza De Castiel

This is a very cute and cozy place to hang out at. Temp checks, sanitizer, and logbooks are present. I love that it's a milktea place while also being a dining place where you can order pizza, rice meals, and other hearty food. Prices are affordable and you'll get your money's worth. Dine in and take out are available. However, as delicious as the food are, it takes 20mins max waiting time.

Don't give trash to customers.

I wanted milk tea with chewy pearls. But they seem to give to me pearls that were made a day or two ago. It's not chewy at all, it's just messy. Pearl is already broken before put it in the mouth.

Poor customer service, staffs don't seem to know what they're doing. Mali maling order sineserve nila.

Foods are not worth their price. Yung seafood and rice parang nireheat lang. Sa mahal ng pagkain, wla ding service water. Tsk.
