Excellent customer service especially maintenance. When we check in the AC not working but the front desk move us to another room. The room we move in the shower head was broken but the maintenance quickly replace. Kudos to maintenance dept. Will definitely come back again.

Modern hotel. Still, it had a leaking roof and wet floor between our room and the elevator. Room was compact but clean and quiet. Entrance was hard to find the first time, it's on the side street opposite Robertsons Mall which also has a leaking roof even though it is new building. Good location, plenty of food available at the Mall. There's a casino in the hotel complex. They arranged a car to the airport for P500.

We stayed for a night. Side street parking with guard within the Valdez Center. With a resto at the 1st floor, casino at the 2nd. Clean room, with toiletires, hot shower. Rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor. At the time of our stay, the elevator was under maintenance, so we needed to take the stairs...

I was in the hotel last February 10. It was a great experience. The room is clean. The hotel staffs are friendly and ready to serve. Even the complimentary breakfast tastes good.

I really enjoy my stay in ViVen! Clean and cozy room and nice bathroom! Also just a few steps away from Robinson...and the wifi is fast Wish i can stay for a week!🤣
