Service is OK.Friendly and approachable stafg. Facilities is a bit lacking considering that it is supposed to be a big hospital but looking forward to its expansion as we see that they are putting up additional buildings. 😉😉😉

Unsanitary place to get treated.
Not surprising considering that this is still a publicly funded hospital.
Let me start with the layout of the facility, they went wider and wider instead of going up. It’s very difficult to navigate even with all this signs in place.
A common bathroom in the middle with very low running water, no soap, no toilet paper and no air dryer or towels.
Our private room has a broken door knob, broken table, burnt electrical outlet, inefficiently working AC with no grill cover and filter trying to cool down the room with broken windows. The bathroom with door that Don’t align with the frame, a safeguard soap, no toilet paper, leaking sink, shower head gummed up with calcium and a foot tub that’s probably seen the Second World War. And lastly for our room was full of ants.
Maintenance personnel were in and out of the rooms and other facilities but Don’t seem to do their jobs properly.

My bad experience with this hospital prompted me to write this review. The facility is badly maintained. The CR in the room I stayed is filthy with little to no maintenance. The doctor makes her daily rounds with a notepad. Not showing any knowledge of my condition or just don't care was kept waiting for 4 days for a MRI test result.

It will took 10 long years for them to release the medical abstract. The patient was already 1 week discharged and scheduled for follow-up check up at other hospital but the medical abstract has not yet release which I requested before discharge. I don't understand what took them so long.

The nurse in OB is NOT ACCOMODATING AND VERY MASUNGIT. Dinudugo ako pero todo lait sya sakin. Not very helpful.

Worst hospital.. Poor services and nd mu ramdam ung doctor Silip silip lng ginawa s pasyente🤦‍♀😠😠 nd man lng chinecheck ung pasyente at msusungit p ung ibang nurse. 7times nila tnry tusukan ng karayom for dextrose ung baby ko n 3months plng ending nd nila natusok ung baby ko super iyak n at wala n boses kkaiyak. Poor services and poor accomodating first and last ko n ppaadmit ung anak ko dto.. If got 0 i will give 0 or negative for review. First time ko lng mgreview..
