Very spacious for its price. Spick-and-span condition upon our check in. There are lots of tables where you can put your things. Has a nice common area as well when you want to get out of your room. The room with accompanying pictures has a room rate of 1,700 which is not bad. We had a good night's rest and considering it is along the national road, we still found our moment of peace and quiet. Highly recommended!

I specially loved their beds! My sleep was uninterrupted. The hot shower works too! Enjoyed my stay here with relatives. Will definitely choose Del Carmen again if we ever travel towards this direction of the city.

Our room has 2 full beds that can accomodate a family of 5. Very spacious and Clean. They have cable TV, Wi-Fi, Wardrobe and vanity area. Aircon works well.
The Bathroom is clean, they have hot and cold shower. There is bidet and handle bars.
Their breakfast is good, they serve as early as 6am. You should try their Pakbet/Pinakbet, delicious and fresh.
Foods are not allowed inside the room, you can eat at their cafeteria or if its close, there are tables and chairs outside your room, but beware of the mosquitoes.

Limited parking lot outside is available.

Staffs are friendly and nice.

We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights while we tour the northern part of luzon. An hour to San Juan Beach, 3 hrs to baguio.

This is a very affordable place to stay. The rooms are clean. Impressive interior design. The lobby, however, is noisy during daytime because of the passing vehicles.
