although its beachfront you still have to walk quite a distance to go swimming. but for a good night rest. their place is ok. they even have kitchen utensils that you can use.

Perfect location, no signal mostly and it will really help you reset from socmed. Going there preferably by car because it's really far. We did it by commute, we took the bus to Laoag and took another bus to Pagudpud for 2hrs and half and tricycle ride 40mins to Blue Lagoon for only PHP 350.00 took us long hour, But worth the travel, the sea is ocean blue and well preserved. The transient is very affordable it costs us PHP 2800 for 3nights ( price may change may vary depending on the number of people) + the gas fee PHP 150 for 3days, you can cook and just buy around the area but if you have a car it's best to just buy and bring it over. The owner Kuya Jay is so nice and accomodating. Recommended place in Pagudpud. Nice Bed and the rooms are fully air-conditioned.

One of the most affordable transient houses in Pagudpud. You can check out the photos I posted to see the look of the room.

Plus:
1. Kuya Henry is very kind and accommodating, including his staff.
2. Water pressure is strong.
3. You can use all the kitchen utensils, including the stove to cook your meals.
4. He has a store that opens at 7am and closes at 9pm. You can buy almost all items that you need.
5. Smart signal is superb.

There was a storm when came (Dec 18, 2021). No water and power supply when we arrived because of the storm. Power and water supply was restored at around 10 pm. The owner of the resort was very friendly and accommodating. He kept on apologizing about the power supply outage. He assisted us with our needs. There were only 4 of us but the room can accomodate 10 people. There's 5G signal here! We didn't try the wifi service because we were using our network data The bathroom was clean and nice. There is good running water. There's a kitchen where you can cook. It's complete with eating and cooking utensils. We were not able to enjoy the beach because of the stormy weather. It's best to go here probably during summer. We enjoyed our stay though. I would like to come back if only it was not that far from where I live. My compliments to sir Henry for his assistance and hospitality.

Short but we enjoyed our stay...

Place is decent enough, I think a bang for your buck. But the owner of the transient house especially Chariz made our experience more pleasant. She assisted us in everything we needed while I was preparing our food. Henry was also accommodating. We will definitely consider coming back here.

This place is nice and comfortable at all time

My first Airbnb host and I don't regret it. The host is very accommodating and very attentive. He even let us use their cottage on the seaside (where we had our dinner and breakfast) for free!!

I recommend this transient house. Super accomodating ng family ni sir Henry at mabait, they will entertain you and will give your needs. Then beach front lng siya, malinis yung room at hindi siya pricey, they also have enough parking space. Thank you Jay Henry Transient House.
