UnionBank of the Philippines - Muntinlupa

Unionbank is housed at the Jaysons Bldg. owned by the Yason Family.

The Jayson Bldg. is where formerly a gym venue replaced by Christ the King College where classroom is in the 3rd Floor and Faculty-Registration area is in 2nd Floor.

Unionbank ATM so far operates even at night.

Easily accessible along Manila South National Road.

Parking area is lacking, which is reserved only for armored bank vehicle.

Transactions are coursed thru a Tablet phone and they will call you upon eegistering in their system.

Bank is highly secured. Only switch doors will be open inside and outside the bank.

I got a nice transaction with them... specially with my lost Pag-Ibig card plus they help me withdraw my loan over the counter...thanks specially to the girl in-charge in the information.

Alongside of the road

very uncomfortable especially to the elderly because queue is outside the establishment. no parking space. Guards and tellers are very kind though.

Due to covid restrictions, they have decreased capacity. Queue is outside the establishment, exposed to the environment. They have a queue for seniors but also outside. They have so many clients and their space is too small to comfortably accomodate people. Go to another branch if you see people queueing up outside otherwise you will wait for hours. (No kidding) No parking space as well. Other than that, customer service inside is ok.

They do not answer telephone calls.

Grabe tong branch na to, yung priority lane nila sobrang bagal. 10 regular lane muna tatawagin nila bago tatawag ng priority lane, mas ok pa pumila sa regular lane kasi kung 2 kayo na nakapila sa priority lane 20 person sa regular lane muna tatawagin nila.
