Worst customer service. Rude manager and cashier. No consideration at all. I wrongly bought an HP ink cartridge worth 1020. Few seconds after getting the reciept and haven't left the store, I realized that I bought the wrong ink cartridge. I asked if I can still return and exchange with the correct one but they refused because there's a no return policy for consumables. Even if the item was of the same price. No consideration at all. I just went to the store nearby and bought the correct ink at even a cheaper price. Ridiculous. Don't go here.
