May LTO pa pala na ganito..worth magpunta dito basta complete attachments ka na either renewal or transfer of ownership it would not take you an 1hour only the most..most surprisingly is you dont have to stand on your chair to transact they'll come to you personally, what a nice gesture, even the chief is so hands on with the whole operation..she keep on standing roaming around seeing the whole operation..and to add even the assistant chief is working tirelessly to stand and accomodate/serve. And also the cleanliness is suprising. Kudos sana lahat ng LTO ganito👍👍👍

Lto.offffice of Manila east district is very cooperative and politely helps us like senior citizens l'm very thankful for their fast action of services

Transaction inside LTO is fast. However, queue for smoke emission is long. Would take around 30 minutes to 1 hour to take your turn for the emission. Parking space is also a scarce resource here. There's a pay parking beside the LTO but it can only accommodate 9 vehicles Max. Parking management doesn't give O.R though.

Surprisingly good results. All my business finished within 20 minutes. Records updated within a short time...after trying to fix them for 35 years!

Kudos sa branch na to. Ambabait ng mga tao. Ambibilis pa kumilos. And malinaw and mahinahon magbigay ng instructions.. lalo na ung windows 10 and 9. Mababait. Approachable. Nakangiti. Wednesday ngayon. Konti lang tao kasi mabilis sila kumilos. Thank you.
