It was nice. But they do not paint the side bars for protection hand rail. They have parking and it costs 100 pesos to go up the hill by van or it is free if you walk . They do not have enough binoculars or places to hide from the sun they do not have a sign up on the hill to make pictures . Guys do not let your girlfriend to sit on the metal bars they can fall easily .

A beautiful piece of nature to view while visiting Bohol.
I used a rented scooter to get to the chocolate hills viewpoint.
Since it is not allowed to drive straight to the viewpoint, there's a parking lot 100m before the turn from the main road and into the viewpoint.
Park there, pay entrance fee and board a shuttle going up to the viewpoint.
Once you get to the shuttles final destination, it is a short walk up the stairs to the platform where the chocolate hills spread in all their beauty.
There are restrooms and restaurants as well on top of the hill.

Insane sightseeing, worth visiting at sunset. Brown-greenish coral-nature hills (30/100m height) will be in front of you because of a weird geological phenomenon. From the highest one (214 steps) you see hundreds of them all around.

100pp entrance fee, you need to buy the ticket at the “Chocolate Hills Parking” before going to the viewing deck.

You can come here to the view point with a motorbike and then you only have to climb around 200 steps, it takes 5 minutes to reach the top.

It wasn’t as crowded as I thought and I had a very pleasant sunset.

I recently went here last week for the second time. I was visiting family and introducing my boyfriend. This view always takes my breath away! Though the stairs can be tiring, the view is worth it. This is one of my favorite spots to visit when I come back to the Philippines.

Chocolate Hills: Nature's Sweet Delight🍫

The Chocolate Hills in the Philippines is a natural wonder that truly lives up to its name. These iconic landforms scattered across the landscape are a feast for the eyes and an absolute delight for nature enthusiasts like myself.

Upon arriving at the Chocolate Hills, I was immediately struck by the surreal beauty of the rolling hills that stretched as far as the eye could see. The lush greenery contrasted with the earthy brown color of the hills, creating a mesmerizing sight reminiscent of chocolate mounds. It was a picture-perfect scene that left me in awe.

In summary, the Chocolate Hills are a remarkable natural attraction that should not be missed. With their unique and picturesque landscape, they offer a sweet escape into the beauty of nature. Whether you're a nature lover, a photographer, or simply seeking a serene escape, the Chocolate Hills will leave you with a sense of wonder and a sweet taste of natural bliss🍃

I had the good fortune to view the actual chocolate hills, which is an experience you should have at least once in your life. I fell even more in fascination with my own country after visiting the beautiful location. It was a Friday around 10am when we went there and there were a lot of people already and I am not complaining! Its understandable that everyone would like to see this beautiful landscape!

This place got the process down to the T. I wish all tourist destinations were efficiently run as this place.

Here is the low down:
Use Google maps for Chocolate Hills View Point, then follow the directions.
Go to the parking lot off the main road (look for lots of cars and a security guard sitting by the entrance/exit sign).
Once in the parking lot, go towards the building in your mode of transport and buy a ticket for 100 pesos per person.
The attendant will give you several papers stapled together.
If you drive there (car or motorcycle), then this is where you'll park and get on a shuttle to the view point.
If you hired a private transport, then off you go towards the view point, where another staff member will be at the entrance of the hill checking to see if you have the necessary tickets.
Once at the top, you will be dropped off to enjoy the Chocolate Hills. This is also where your entrance ticket will be taken by a staff member. The restroom is right by the stairs.
When you are ready to go back down to the main road, go to the building in the middle of the drop off area and give the staff the other paper showing your driver's license plate number where they will notify the driver. If you ride on a shuttle, then they'll put you in the next shuttle available (a number will be assigned).

Very organized! It’s just too far from Panglao. But it’s worth it. If you’re traveling via motorbike, I suggest going out early morning or after lunch to avoid too much heat

Its amazing to think that these curve hills just bloomed naturally. Kaso sayang bawal magpalipad ng drone after 8am. However the opening time starts @ 8am. Kaka sad lang. But we really enjoy the view here!

Absolutely beautiful and well worth the climb up the 220 stairs to the top! There are resting points in between for the folks that can't quite make it all the way in one run.

Excellent. Very friendly helpful staff, well organised and very good value at only ₱100 each including the parking and shuttle.

The long climb was worth the view! 💞
If you're visiting Bohol, this is one of the main attractions and must visit sites of the area.

Location - You'll be dropped off by your driver at the main point and they will park somewhere else and the Staff will take note of your vehicle's plate number (so please familiarize your vehicle's model and plate number so you can provide these details to the staff when you're done).

As shown in the photos, you'll be climbing very steep stairs (but it's safe and they have steady railings) so it's a good exercise for you. We went here during rainy season so the 'chocolate-colored' hills were more like green hills but the view is always good and relaxing, and the air is always fresh!

Interesting place with a beautiful view of one of the wonders of the world. Entrance fee: PHP 100 per person. It is possible to take a free bus or go on foot - about 15 minutes walk uphill on the way. We have to climb some stairs to get to the terrace, but the view is worth it.

It’s a must see, geography and nature wise, but if your not too into seeing in person, I suppose a good video would suffice.
5 stars for the fact they still exist, this scene outpost hasn’t degraded the natural object, and they moved the tourist trap sales area away from the main attraction.
I would recommend based on interest levels in such a thing but not sure if I would actually return.

Very nice view. I was able to climb to the top despite my fear of heights. Lighting was very nice since it was sunset. Must go place when in Bohol.

Amazing views, totally worth it.

We went just before sunset. It was a little busy, but not too much so it was easy to take pictures, selfies etc.
The light is great at that time as the sun is too strong.

There are a few steps to walk up, but nothing strenuous.

You get tickets in town, and a van takes everyone up to the viewing platform

The view deck gives you a 360 degrees of its surrounding hills which is definitely amazing for someone who loves nature.
